Mr dave you booked for 1 night opnly with out to tell us that you had a large dog ! you enter the hotel and you never say anything .. you left it by the pool like you own the hotel first time in my life i see some one like you that dont respect nothing at all . i spoke with you so gentel but you dont unsdertand dont add lies for no reason . You are not the only guest in the hotel respect the rules 1 day . The bar it was open but you took drinks from the market again you dont follow the rules you dont read the information your dog . the hotel quality is perfect your energy is negative smile when they help you .and good luck

Thank you for your comments. Firstly we would like to inform you that the quality of our orange juice at breakfast time is the best and all our guests so far have liked it. The power cut was in the whole of the island and there was no way of knowing otherwise you would have been informed. Thank you and we look forward to see you again.

Dear guest, Thank you for the good comments for our staff. Regarding breakfast, unfortunately we do not provide exchange one day breakfast for another. About its variety, there is a big buffet. For dinner, different people have different preferences. The room had to be changed for an air-conditioning problem and the manager is always friendly with people.
