We have 2 spa technicians, they do book in advanced as we are one of the only spas in town. We are sorry that you were unable to enjoy those services.

Hello Robert, We apologize for the inconvenience during your stay. Our front desk staff is always willing to accommodate room changes if there is availability. Unfortunately, we had no available rooms of the same room type to move you to on this day and being that your reservation was prepaid, it was out of our hands to adjust the reservation. From what we remember, Neosporin was left out from the previous guest and we apologize for not getting rid of it before you checked in.
