Great hotel!

Wonderful hotel that I really can recommend. The staff is fantastic and always helpful with a smile. I liked my room and also the breakfast. I didn't have time to try the gym but the rooftop pool area is great. It's a 20 minute walk or so to be in downtown San Sebastian but this was through a nice park so only good with some walking. I will definitely come back!

This is a beautiful hotel located a few miles from the center of town but there bus #26 which is available every 15 minutes that takes people to town. My only issue is that I wish the hotel would mention this on their advertisement material. I think they will be more successful at marketing this place. The other thing that I would like to mention is that they offer free laundry wash & dry for guests. I believe there was also a mention of free food somewhere. Can't recall. But overall we are quite happy and would love to stay here again in the future. Love the concept!

The hotel was beautiful and the room was spacious. My only complaint is the AC. It was 94 degrees outside and our AC did not work well. The room was really hot.

The social hub has really good facilities, also coffee, tea bags and a kettle in the room which made it a comfortable stay. The only thing is it is rather outside of the center and without a bike getting around is not easy nor convenient. The room was pretty dusty when I arrived even though it was clean.

L'établissement est situé a proximité du centre-ville. Le parking est disponible au prix de 20€/nuitée. Une fois garer nous avons pu nous déplacer en bus et même à pied. Petit déjeuner excellent. Laverie accessible gratuitement depuis l'application de l'hôtel.
