When you first arrive, it's right in on the intersection. Two properties across from each other. It's a small property but they have their own parking. It is first come first served. The hotel host were very friendly and gave us great tips. Warned us about the issued with vehicle break-ins, which is very common in San Francisco unfortunately. Appreciated that. Back to parking. It's free and while it is first come first serve, we were able to secure parking each night we stayed. Most properties charge for this. There are a lot of convenient stores and dinining options you can easily walk to. Our favorite was Mel's Diner. Really good food and affordable. The rooms were clean when we got in and they clean them unless you post dont disturb sign. Beds were ok. Not the most comfortable but decent. Would recommend.

At first I was skeptical about staying at Greenwich, but after arriving, I was impressed. Location was great. Bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. Manager was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again when I return back to San Francisco

Stayed in two motels on this street - this was the cleaner, newer, quieter one of the two. We got a room with a window facing the back alley, not the street side, which made it much quieter at night and felt more private - if you can ask for a back facing room in advance. The room itself was spacious and clean, with nice bed linen and towels, lots of soap, shampoo, lotion etc. The shower was nice and clean, with instantly hot water and good water pressure. The person at the front office was very nice and genuine, explaining at length how to keep ourselves and our belongings safe. The only downside was a loud A/C unit (that cooled the room well), but at a point I got used to it and it felt more like white noise. If that bothers you, it could easily be resolved by bringing earplugs. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Room was spotless shower lovely and hot and bed comfortable but the pillows were incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The noise from the street was expected but there was a constart humming noise throughout the day and night that was very noticeable when trying to sleep.

Came in with no one at front desk and door locked, rang the bell a couple of times,as could not tell if it was actually working. The front desk manager came out telling me off and saying "once is enough". Might want to consider putting a sign outside door "ring only once".

This property is in an ideal location. We walked to Fisherman’s Wharf and around that beautiful area. Local buses are easily accessible as well Reception staff very friendly and welcoming. Would recommend 😊

Very disappointed the property would not hold our bags after checkout Sunday while we had lunch since our flights were at 4 pm. Have done so numerous times before at this property, and then denied with no warning and no other option other than to drag bag around. Will now have to find more accommodating accommodations in this neighborhood.

We where in San Francisco because wife was having surgery on her knee. The staff did not want to give me extra towels. Manager came by asking why i need so many towels. I dont understand what the problem was regardless. But wife had to shower night before surgery and day of surgery and needed towels on the floor so she could stay clean. Bed was very uncomfortable.

We had a pleasant stay with a very accommodating and friendly management staff named Neehma and Manny. They spent time to direct us where to go to find places to eat close to the hotel and where and what bus to take. The room was clean with a good smell when we walked in and they gave us fresh towels the next day without asking them coz we were out and emptied the trash cans. The location was clean and felt safe and quite walking around at night heading to the hotel which is the important to us traveling as family.

Liked walking distance to a lot of restaurants and sights and a neighborhood convenience store across the street. Didn't like street sidewalk noise. Take room away from the street.
