Roaches everywhere. One room had trash in the can when we arrived. Pool water was freezing despite the fact it was an indoor pool. Coffee pot in room was inoperable. Wasted 5 pods of coffee before I gave up. Yes I know how to use a Keurig. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Quiet location, tucked away from the busy streets. Would be a nice area to walk around. Easy to get to and from. Had some issues with our room door not working but the staff was able to help. Pool is not heated.
very unfriendly staff. They have a "promise" to address issues immediately "guaranteed" . We complaint about the odor and they said ... nothing we can do about it. We complaint about the noise in the sink and they said .... no one could see it and nothing we can do about it. They only clean the rooms every other day.. so if you only stay one day, hopefully it will be the one they decide to clean.
It seems that the rooms are not well maintained. The carpet is very dirty and smells very bad, the walls and furniture are dirty and old, the bathroom seems to be not maintained.
The dining was a big surprise! Had breakfast and dinner. Great food, price, staff was great and it was so convenient to do. Older property, had a little smell to the room.
I loved the jacuzzi tub. The bed was very comfortable. I also, enjoyed the coffee creamers. Good choice…I love the Hotel Bar and front desk staff. Your entry way was beautiful. Also, thank you for providing shampoo & conditioners & lotion. I really enjoyed my stay.
This hotel is always a nice place to stay with reasonable rates. It has a bar that opens at 5pm and serves a great breakfast to order in the morning. Coffee is on the house. Highly recommended!
The property is old and dark. The dining room was too dark and the food less than adequate. The lobby was cheerful. The bed was not properly made. No telephone in room. The service to and from the airport was good. There are two Hilton Garden Inn Airport locations causing us to be taken to the wrong one which resulted in two lyft rides. The business cards at the hotel do not distinguish between the two locations.
The shower had a big water lick on the ceiling and it was never fixed. Also the room had a musky odor. Stayed 3 nights and no one ever came to clean the room
I'll admit my entire review is negatively impacted by my check in experience. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk just for someone to show up. Tried calling the hotel thinking the call would rollover to whoever was supposed to be there and instead the call just rang and rang. Then the the person finally showed up she did not apologize to me or the other person who had been waiting there. That put a bad taste in my mouth as there is nothing worse than being tired from a day of traveling and waiting to check in than to have to wait for no good reason. I will say the person working the breakfast the next day provided excellent service, so not fair to him to give this review but there it is. Hotel likely built 40+ years ago and felt that way.
I am a Hilton Honors Member and this is the worst hotel that I’ve stayed at. Room had a very musty odor and shower had mold, bathroom floor was not cleaned it had urine drops from prior visitors. There was a big cockroach in shower.

Place was in a terrible location to get in and out of . A haven for getting car broken in to. .Just not what I expected from a Hilton Gardens
