The room is in good condition and big. good scenery. We went to their spa and took their signature massage treatment but their massage service was not up to standard. The staff were hurrying to finish the spa and not attentive to customer's needs. Hope they can improve.

What sort of hotel provides jug , cups and saucers in the room , but no coffee or tea.for. A place this size there is also no atm.reallly good in some respects , poor in others.

Our management will also take into consideration whether coffee/tea can be part of the room amenities in the future, although our hotel profile does exclude these items.

An oasis away from the bustle of central Bangkok.
I stay here several times a year as I have business locally, but I always look forward to returning. The staff are attentive, polite and friendly; the rooms are large and comfortable; and the food - with many organic ingredients grown on site - is delicious Thai cuisine of the highest quality. The site has several old traditional buildings and is set in a Rose Garden; which was the former name of this hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, with flowers all year round. There is a small market of local Thai products, as well as a spa - I haven’t had chance to experience this as I am always there for work. The hotel sits on the banks of a tidal river so you can watch the direction of flow change throughout the day. Breakfast is fabulous with a mix of Asian and Western food. Highly recommended.

Easy and close Bangkok getaway...
Lovely river setting. Imagine that 20 years ago it was pristine but now surrounded by lots of development. Still, it's a nice spot and close to Bangkok. Fresh market was very nice as well

Great Stay!
Resort was a bit out of the way from Bangkok; but excellent on organic food and local produce. Room a bit dated, but clean with basic amenities. Massage is above average!

34 acres of beautiful gardens, comfortable hotel
Really beautiful property that is well maintained. The property itself had lots to do with the elephants and the local Thai village. The food was very good as well. Loved the breakfast that was included in the room. I wish the other restaurants and the piano bar was opened as there isn't much to do at night and the there isn't any thing to do close to the property. Really enjoyed the spa and the Thai massage I had.

Beautiful resort. Older premises, but lovely, laid back & comfortable. Had a great Thai massage, explored the traditional Thai village On site, great organic food & easy to eat vegetarian.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting our daughter who lives and teaches in Sampran. This is the only place to stay in this area. It does have lovely grounds and facilities and has nice history. Its a very easy 45 minute taxi from down-town Bangkok. Lovely pool, comfortable bed, clean room and great daily breakfast buffet. The services was perfect. I would definitely stay there again, if I ever am back in Sampran.

Relax by the great pool.
The facilities for a large (or small) gatherings was exceptional. Service at meals was brilliant. Difficult place to see the local neighbourhood. Most activities are in house with a small traditional Thai village with market & spa centre.

Stayed one night because I attended a seminar close by! Hotel was nice and quiet! Convenient location and great river view, especially while eating breakfast! Wasn't able to enjoy the recreation, but on my last visit I enjoyed their cultural and elephant show!!

Fantastic Hotel
I stayed at the hotel during a recent visit to one of my customers in the Sampran Area. Excellent hotel and service. Booked via hotels.com in their mobile app. Great price deals, prompt check in, relaxing rooms and surroundings. Food is great. I would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here. I will surely come back again both for business or holiday.

Best place I've ever stayed
I couldn't have had a better time! Everything about this resort was top notch, with one tiny exception:there were no outside tables at the restaurants. I found the location to be absolutely beautiful and would have liked to have eaten outside rather than inside with the uncomfortably cold AC. Staff went out of their way to help me when I had problems getting a cash advance on my credit card. I will definitely go back!
