We have stayed at this location several times over the last six years or more and this was by far the most disappointing experience. The previous staff was always polite, courteous, and guest oriented. During this day, we found the staff to be very disengaged, satisfied with less than Parr work as it relates to Customer Service, food service for the continental breakfast, cleanliness and supplies for the room itself. On multiple occasions, I passed the front desk which was typically unattended, and when it was attended, no one spoke to you greeted you, or acknowledged your presence within the hotel, which was very different than previous stays at this location. I certainly hope that the overall management or ownership of this facility takes this review seriously and analyzes what changes have occurred, and how to correct future visits in order to maintain guests who have repeated stays in the future.
