Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your recent experience at Porto Playa condo hotel, we are glad to hear that the staff offered a great service as well as the location is very convenient. We will pass your feed back to the single owner of the unit to try get an improvement, however, as I personally mentioned the amenities listed at Expedia, were correct, the one-bedroom condo has a minifridge and this was confirmed before your arrival, same than the information in our website for that specific condo. Dear Maryellen, Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Porto Playa. This is a small property located in the center of the city, it has 3 floors only and as mentioned in the listing does not have elevator. All penthouses are located on the top floor, with the private rooftop with jacuzzi and grill. We would offer a room change for your convenience if we were contacted during your stay. Hope you can give us a second chance and with a previous request, we can make sure to assign a room on the ground floor.
