Perfect location. Walking distance to Copacabana beach and Ipanema beach. Tourist tours accessible to the hotel. Unfortunately the full 16 days we stayed, the pool was having maintenance done. So no pool for us.

3 star hotel with a 5 star location. Staff were always helpful but the hotel was very much 3 star. Crowded breakfast room and swimming pool not in operation during stay. Hotel could do with an up date.

Ho prenotato con Expedia per avere l’upgrade della camera (la superior viene dichiarata 20 mq), ma mi hanno assegnato una camera davvero piccola (se l’iPhone non ha sballato, probabilmente era circa 12 mq). Non consiglierei mai questo hotel a qualcuno: un rapporto prezzo-qualità che non trovo equilibrato. Tornassi indietro, non prenoterei tanto tempo prima per il Carnevale: Copacabana è piena di hotel e conviene prenotare all’ultimo per avere un trattamento ed un prezzo migliore.

My recent stay at the Windsor Martinique Copacabana was nothing short of spectacular. I felt welcomed by the warmth of the staff and the vibrant energy of Copacabana Beach. Let's start with the unbeatable location: less than one block from Copacabana Beach! Spending my days sunbathing on the soft sand, taking refreshing dips in the turquoise waters, and strolling along the lively promenade was a dream come true. The staff at the Windsor Martinique truly made my stay exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely went the extra mile to ensure I had a memorable experience. From recommending hidden gems in the city to helping me navigate public transportation, their local expertise was invaluable. I especially appreciated the warm smiles and cheerful greetings when I passed the reception desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Each morning, I was greeted by a vibrant spread of fresh fruits, flaky pastries, savory cheeses, and local delicacies. My room was small but cozy. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the Rio heat. I wholeheartedly recommend the Windsor Martinique Copacabana to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Rio de Janeiro. It's the perfect blend of prime location, exceptional service, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations.

Excelente estadia
Ótima estadia, tivemos um atendimento excelente, periodo de reveillon, com todas informações locais, de trânsito, meios transporte, ceia do hotel, opção de passeios. A segurança foi perfeita, hotel muito bem localizado, 50 metros da praia, estação de metrô na mesma rua, tudo próximo, farmácia, supermercado, frutaria, bares, restaurantes, em frente ao posto 5, Quarto com espaço bom, silencioso, limpo, organizado. Café da manhã simples, local nao era muito espaçoso, mas tinha o essencial. Aproveitamos muito a estadia.

The only thing for me is that they’re not pet/guest friendly and had hidden charges; like, they charged way too much for the snacks and drinks inside the fridge and I much rather have just gone out and bought my own. I think it’s best they don’t have snacks in your room and load the little fridge with drinks because it’s taking up space. Also, one more thing I did not appreciate. Although I left my do not disturb sign on the door they still went in and when I returned back to my room they had left a message under my door saying I could use cleaning to contact them when I returned. Was the day before next day I was supposed to be checking out. I won’t be staying there again. However, do to the staff all being very polite, and the breakfast, and if someone doesn’t mind some of the things I didn’t like, I’ll say it’s a great hotel to stay at. I’m just very picky and hard to please. It felt safe and was only a half block from the Copacabana Beach.

We had an excellent time in Windsor Martinique, the personal was so kind and helpful, we had a lot of issues to resolve and they were always with the best attitude and attention. The room was comfortable, great cleaned and cozy. We had a great breakfast. Sure an excellent option with a good location, if you’re looking for balance between quality and price.

Hotel super aconchegante, bem localizado. Café da manhã impecável. Bom atendimento. Cama gigante, travesseiro bom e chuveiro bom também. Única coisa ruim é que faltam tomadas no geral. Não tem tomada perto da cama e não rem tomada na área da piscina. Então pode ser desconfortável não ter como carregar o celular às vezes. Mas no geral, voltaria e recomendo de olhos fechados.

Great service and location. We could not have asked for more. Right at Copacabana Beach and the hotel offered a varied of tours which you were picked up at the hotel door. The prices for tours were great. We decided to do a last minute tour, and they were able to arrange the pick up within 8 hrs window. The rooms are small, but we are in Brazil - most hotel rooms and airbnbs will be small. Many places to eat for tourists and many places for locals at Nossa Senhora de Copacabana street and Michael Lemos. Food in Brasil is amazing. If we didnt want to walk around, the hotel had breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a subcharge. No parking, taxis and ubers at the door. Its walking distance to Arpoador and Ipanema. All you need to go to the beach is yourself and money since everything else is at your feet. Hotel provides beach towels and has a small pool. The drive to the airport depending on traffic is about 45 to 60 min to GIG . Im sure that I'm forgetting something that you might want to know.

Localização Excelente e Valor Excelente para o período que fui, porém o meu apto era muito pequeno e antigo. Café da manhã mt bom, mas pelo valor ( media 80.00) nao tinha tapioca. Atendimento muito bom. Na proxima ida ao Rio, voltaria a ficar na Rede Windsor, mas numa unidade superior.

Nice hotel in a decent location.
Nice hotel and well-located for the beach. It's clean and the staff were very welcoming and friendly, who forgave my poor Portuguese and many spoke English. It's perhaps on the smaller-side and is more like a UK 3-star rated hotel, but for the price it's good. The rooftop pool and bar are a nice touch. Food was decent, if not amazing. Breakfast offered a good selection and great for fuelling up before those early tour pick-ups. Overall would recommend if you're the type of traveller that just needs a base and aren't planning on spending a huge amount of time in your room/using facilities. Thank you for a lovely stay.
