Thank you, Kelly, for the great review. The smell was the initial heater smell after not being used for the entire summer. We are so pleased you found our lobby, breakfast and pool to your liking.

Thank you for your comments, I am sorry you were not moved from a connecting room. I do not have a reason for this, unless our hotel was full. I have addressed sticky surface with housekeeping staff. As far as the hot tub, we are terribly disappointed as well. We have been working with the pool and spa people for a couple of weeks and they are struggling to get us the necessary part.

We agree that certain areas of the hotel need to be updated, but part of the charm is the rustic furniture.
