Had to wait over 5 minutes for the desk clerk to come back. We tried to make conversation about the 100 mile rule to stay there. She was rude and said they were catering to business travel and there were plenty of other nearby hotels for others. Weird that is your business plan, yet you have preteen running all over and you allow dogs. Though it was very cute!!

I had to leave after one day because I had left medicine at home. I explained this to staff at checkout, I was advised to have Expedia call them about this as my reservation was through Expedia. After a long phone call with Expedia staff I was advised I would be contacted in 24 hours. I did get multiple emails stating that they were having difficulty contacting anyone at the hotel. Finally I was advised there would be a charge for the room I was not able to use, even though I checked out in plenty of tim for the room to be cleaned and used. All the staff I interacted with from the hotel were fine. Expedia not so much.

The staff was very very nice, from the young lady that called us prior to our arrival to explain the Holiday (thanksgiving) scheduling of meals , to the Manager Tom that checked us in. very accommodating. Will defiantly return when in the area again.

We stay in hotels about 30 days a year in various countries besides the U.S. and this hotel hands down wins the award for the worst service. Its like the management probably has never stayed in a hotel. The desk people don't even acknowledge you. We had a suite and there were only 3 hangers in the closet for 2 people. I requested a few more and after 4 days still couldn't get them. The room wasn't cleaned on the second day and I had to ask 3 different times on the 3rd day to have it cleaned

It was great except the pool area. Big clump of hair in the pool. Hot tub bottom had sand and there was mold in the room on the ceiling and wall.

Thank you for the review and the feedback. I apologize for the pool area. The dehumidifying equipment died about 4 months ago and we ordered a new system that won't be built until mid this summer sometime. So it's difficult to keep the appearance that we'd like while still making the room available to those who want to use it.
