This place has an unbelievable view on the city and ocean. My room was very clean, it was like living in a one bedroom apartment. Very cozy. The restaurant on top floor "El Panorama", has a variety of dishes with amazing flavor and beautiful presentation. You pay the price for the quality of food.. I'll definitely go back. Take a nice walk to the Malecón. Simply beautiful and relaxing before sunset.

Es un hotel con varios años de dar servicio pero el personal es muy atento y el hotel en sí te da el servicio que requieres, pasas unas buenas vacaciones, lástima que Puerto Vallarta está lleno de extranjeros y por ende los costos son súper elevados y con poca o en ocaciones nula calidad, pero con respecto al hotel yo en lo personal lo recomiendo ampliamente, tiene vistas espectaculares.

Amazing sunset ocean view big window studio. Amazing couch and bath tub. Good location. Easy hiking nearby. Nice view from window and rooftop. No AC. It can be really loud because of nightclub nearby and fireworks around 8:45pm and restaurant upstairs. Amazing stay

The property is one of the earliest constructed hotels in the area, and so it has a lot of genuine character. The view is unparalleled; we could see boats and fireworks and even whales!

Ya es un hotel viejo y tiene instalaciones descuidadas. El elevador dejó de funcionar, los muebles de alberca ya muy antiguos, las condiciones están bien para lo básico pero si le urge mantenimiento.

I wish i could post a picture. There was a fence above my door. So instead of a wall it was wood fencing. I could hear everything. No privacy. There was also false advertising. The room i picked said there was a patio and panoramic view. There was a gross film on the floor and the bed was super hard.

Have been to Puerto Vallarta many times. Spent time at this hotel many years ago. Wife had problems with her knee, so walking to the property was not easy, as it is almost 200 ft above sea level. According to other guests we spoke to, the property is for sale. It appears that not much money is being used for improvements. Hotel staff was pleasant and friendly.

The view was spectacular!!! It’s up on the hill, not easy to get to. You definitely need a taxi to get to the town or good shoes to make the 15 min walk. Unfortunately the day we reserved the hotel had no running water. We were out of water at 11:00pm, we had to make a new reservation.

Probably nicest people working at front desk and restaurant I have ever met. Only complaint was no air conditioning. Restaurant was so hot was not in mood to eat. Fans throughout the restaurant would fix the problem.

Great property in a great location! The staff was friendly and check-in was simple. The rooms are large and have a great view. A quick walk to the malecon, restaurants, and shopping.
