We always want to make our guests feel at home, especially if they came from a different country, and pride ourselves for providing genuine Filipino hospitality. We apologize if our staff made you feel uncomfortable. With regards to the restaurant, we make sure everything is freshly prepared, which makes waiting time longer than usual. We acknowledge that this can be improved. Our location is quite secluded and we are reliant on a local provider for Wi-Fi connectivity. Thus, we cannot guarantee that signal will always be available. Rest assured that we are doing our best on our end regarding this matter and we hope to be able to serve you better on your next stay.

We value the feedback of all our guests and this is the first time an incident like this has ever happened. To clarify, all hotels have a ‘master key’ in case of vault malfunction and this is only used during such incidents and is only under the possession of our duty manager.Our team merely checked the safety deposit box using the generic code, which didn’t work because the box was programmed with your own code. This was also witnessed by the police officers, that it was solely your code that worked.There was no evidence that the code was refreshed or reset because your code was still working. If you will remember, our team even contacted the police so they can assist in the investigation and there were no marks or any damages on our vault to prove that there's any force use to open it up. Alleged missing Items that were placed in the safe were listed down by you, including the cash,This along with items such as the silver bracelet which you listed on the missing items before our team entered the room were found inside your bag,Claiming its only an honest mistake including it on the list.Thank you for staying with us and we hope to serve you better next time.
