Check went well, staff was very polite and helpful. While we were leaving for dinner, we noticed about 25 families were getting handed prepackaged meals on an organized manner. During nite we had 2 fire alarm incidents one at midnight and one at 430am. While checking out. We were told this has been an ongoing problem as some of the long term residents were washing clothes wct in their rooms.

Our check in was great. Comfortable clean room. Our bathroom sink leaked but the desk clerk (Ethan I believe) was quick to help us with a bucket until he could get a repairman.

Overall good, need to redo AC
Overall the hotel is decent, clean, good breakfast, good rooms. It's not especially convenient to Boston and it's not close to much, backs up to a trailer park. The main reason that I didn't give this 5 stars was they have the AC governed so it won't get cold in the room and the fan would not stay on. I slept terrible.

bathtub doesn't have any curtain so when you shower, all the water splashes into the floor. It is a falling hazard. The tub didn't look clean to do bathtub. So, have to do shower.

The breakfast/lounge area was very inviting. Although there have been a lot of updating the bathtub and shower updates seem lacking, making it seem unclean and I didn't feel safe in the shower because the grab handle was not in a covenient location.

Poor service. Made 3 calls to get TV working. They dont clean your room/bathroom at all unless you ask. Virtually no housekeeping services unless you ask. Seems like it's run by total amateurs.

The staff was fabulous -- warm and helpful, rooms and corridors clean and the breakfast was really much more than expected. Fresh fruit, hot eggs, great assortment of breads and muffins :) My only 2 issues were there was only decaf coffee pods available for the rooms, and the elevator AC was wonky so the elevator was hot. But the smiles at the front desk more than made up for it. We'll be back!

Service was not given in spite of management's promises. Breakfast bad. Extremely slow internet, login after every break needed. Aircon extremely loud, cannot be run during night time. Floor very dirty.

All the Boston hotels were sold out due to flight cancellations and local concerts. Expedia showed this was the only hotel within a hour of Boston so we booked it. Super bad impression when the hotel staff look like they just got out of bed and the elevator going to our room looked like it was never moped. I almost turned around to leave hotel but it was super late so we went to room and carpets were gross. If it was not 11:30 my kids and I would have left and booked another hotel towards providence.

Hotel is ok for 1 night stay. I stayed for 3 nights and I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling, reported it, some one came but not fixed. The maintenance goy only told us that the peraon above was checki g out and the problem should not persist but some one cehckes in Saturday and the issue continued. Pillows are a bit uncomfortable. The lobby was very hot and no air on the hallways and very hot elevator. Reakfaat was ok, coffee not so good. Glad there was a Starbucks near bye. There is a casino very near if u are i to playing.
