First there wasn’t any toilet paper in our room. Then there was someone smoking pot on our floor. Someone had a dog barking all the time. Very loud and beds weren’t made very well. Will not stay there again

Likely will not book again. Since there is an extra charge of $50.00 on my credit card. Compared to what the itinerary says and that was including taxes. Not only did we not get an extra towel for the third person I was going to pay for . The towel bar was falling out of the wall. Mirrors in the bathroom and main room were not clean.

The first room they gave us had blood stain on the sheets. The second room smelled weird. There was no housekeeping service on a two night stay

The Lady at the front desk was super helpful. I have full size truck and trailer. Asked where I could park it, because the sign on the street said no parking overnight, and she gave me a pass to put in the dash and said they won’t ticket it if it has it on the dash

Clean, quiet and basic room. The daily breakfast was really nice and great way to start the day without dropping more money on eating out. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel seemed short on staff, as one morning at 7, there was no coffee and breakfast supplies had not been replenished. (Breakfast start time was 6). The person on the front desk was notified and they said they would come up to make coffee in a couple minutes, when done serving the person checking out.

Waffle maker needs replacement. Good breakfast. There needs to have one staff on duty in the breakfast area and one at the front desk. Homeless people outside the hotel but they are everywhere in North America. What can we do? The hotel needs to get rid of useless tiny soap bars and install shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the shower walls. Thank you for a nice stay.
