Everything was really excellent, once we had found the entrance - it took a couple of trips round the block but after that absolutely first class

Very nice quiet hotel with very decent rooms. Very nice polite staff. The location was very convenient for my trip. Walkable to the main areas and main transportation. Not too far away but not right in the busiest areas. The area was safe and pleasant too.

Super hôtel, je recommande
La chambre était pratique, assez grande et très propre. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait et le lit était confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant. L'emplacement était un peu éloigné du centre à pied mais il y avait plusieurs stations de métro proche ce qui était très pratique.

Confutable room, good location with parking. Entrance of parking is very narrow, so not suitable for wide vehicle.

A budget stay well worth considering
Helpful and friendly staff, clean albeit basic room. Great budget option not too far from the old town. The beds and blankets were too small for a taller adult.

Lever ikke op til beskrivelsen
Vi fik ikke det som stod i beskrivelsen. “City view” et vindue lige ind i en anden bygning? Intet badekar som beskrevet og aircon, som ikke kunne bruges, da der ikke var en fj. Bet. Sengen var dårlig i den ene side. Der stod desuden intet beskrevet om depositum på 1500czk i kontanter. Hotellet ligger heller ikke der hvor adressen er beskrevet til.

But I would like to inform you that when you that you reserved room in Residence Abacta Slezská 45 , Prague 2 and Hotels.com has all the informations before you reserve that accommodation is in different building than you have to make check in and for keys we collect refundable deposit. Also they suppose to give you all these informations in reservation confirmation. Remote control for aircondition is for request at the main reception. But we thank you for your feedback and hope maybe next time see you in Prague again. With best regards
