We had a fabulous stay! The front staff went above. We had a wonderful dinner reservation made by the front desk and they even arranged a car to take us. The morning of check out a cab was unavailable so they personally took us to the train station. Amazing customer service will definitely be staying here again if we’re back in the area.

We had an amazing three nights at the GHM. The staff were ever so helpful and welcoming the breakfast was divine. The massage at the wellness center with Jessica was heaven. I cannot say enough good things about this Hotel. I will be going back !!❤️

Excellent location, fantastic property, unfortunately old rooms and not that clean. I would not reccomend this hotel to someone looking for a real 5 starts hotel. They have a terrific property with an amazing pool and restaurant but they need to remodel the entire hotel inside to bring it up to the 5-starts client's expectations.

We are really sorry (and also surprised) that our Rooms didn't meet your expectations. Tha cleanless and the attentions to datails are our must and most of our Guests recognize as a standard 5 stars hotel.
The Hotel is still in renovation program which starded in 2017 and involved the lobby, pool restaurant, The main restaurant and the most rooms. We are planning other interventions to guarantee even more a fantastic experience for all our visitors.
We are sure that on your next stay you will enjoy a superb stay.

It was our first time in Santa Margerita. The hotel was one of our favorites. It was our first time there. Great service, greatfood,very accommodating. The location was the best. I go to Italy often absolutely loved the hotel, would definitely stay there again.
