Dear Mary,We are sincerely sorry to hear about your experience. However, in reviewing your feedback, we believe that this may be for another hotel you stayed at since there are factually incorrect issues you have stated. First, we do not charge 5 for a bottle water. Second, fire alarms never went off during your stay with us. Third, our housekeeping staff does not work at 6am. And lastly, our breakfast buffet ends at either 9:30am or 10am. Again, we apologize that you had this experience at another hotel. But, in the future if you are ever in the Auburn, California area, we hope you will stay with us at the Holiday Inn Auburn.
