Good location and value
We were pleased with our stay at the hotel. The room was good value for money for the location being walking distance to the beach and a Bangla Road. There were great restaurants and markets within walking distance too. The room was a bit dated but great as it had a separate lounge and kitchen area.

Ok but not more
Friendly staff in reception. Cleaners did their best given what they had to work with. Exterior is newly redone and ok. Howeven inside the apartment we got it was very outdated and in bad condition. Mould in bath rooms. Shower with hardly no water. Very outdated furnitures and super hard beds. Pool was very cold and pool bar was unstaffed.

In need of new housekeeping and renovation
A huge positive is the location of this hotel for families, near enough to the centre of Patong, but not too close for all the noise. By the pool there was always a sun lounger, which is another great aspect of this hotel. The other plus is separate bedrooms for adults and children compared to larger hotels. Sadly the housekeeping, state of disrepair and service really lets this hotel down. As we arrived in the middle of the night we wanted to go straight to bed, but all 3 bed sheets were dirty (lipstick, weird brown marks etc). Unfortunately even when we asked for the sheets to be changed they often weren’t or were changed for again dirty sheets. Walls that the children’s beds were against had strange stains up them and also holes in. None of us were able to have a hot shower the whole time, which the children hated. The worst however was the power cut in the middle of the night which turned off the air con and the water supply. They ‘fixed it’ around 10am only for it to go be k off at 10.10am. We were assured it would be fixed, however, when we returned after a day trip (in the dark), they simply said it wasn’t but you can move rooms. So we packed all of our stuff using the torches on our phones and moved with zero help if sympathy from the hotel. Really not great packing and unpacking 2 days before leaving. The hotel could be amazing but is in some serious need of renovation as currently it is definitely not 3 stars.

Love that property but of course its an old style but in good condition Love the swimming pool Love the restaurant the pizza oven and of course the food is excellent The staff is very friendly and try to help you for what ever you want to do

Résidence hôtel agréable.
1 nuit dans cet établissement sympathique avec piscine et bar/restaurant au nord de Bangla Rd (faisable à pied). Nous avons eu la chance d'être déclassés dans un appartement avec terrasse très confortable. Très bonne adresse à Patong.

Ce nest pas la qualité d'un 4* ! Petit dejeuner seulement a partir de 7h (nous avions le taxis a 7h) donc impossible de déjeuner. La suite est décoré avec mauvais goût, hotel "suisse" personne ne parle français. Salle de bain digue d'un hôtel sans étoile (cuvette des toilettes délavé, humidité au plafond, très petite sdb à 2 on ny tiens pas , simple rideau de douche et moisissure au sol.) Sinon piscine super jolie et LE point fort à 1min à pieds de la plage!

Close to the beach - not very clean
Pros: - Close to the beach (less than a block from the north side of Patong) - Has a nice pool outside, although pool bar was not attended - Room is big, although not comfy Cons: - WiFi might as well be non-existant. Slow and disconnected constantly. Don't book this place if you want to use WiFi - Was brought to a room that wasn't cleaned so had to go back to request the room be prepared. - Girlfriend insists she was bit by bed bugs. I didn't have any issue though - While room is big, couch was broken in living space and bed was uncomfortable.

Spacious Family accommodation. close to attraction
We booked for a family of four, which provided a two level condo with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spiral staircase (a bit awkward/hazardous) , lounge area, kitchen and dining. Lots of space, generally quite clean but beginning to show its age. Furniture and fitments were old style and tended to give a 'darker' environment with limited natural and electric lighting. Many units packed close together, which although pleasant enough inside, the exterior resembled council flats with rusty railings and concrete steps. The Pool area was generally OK with just about enough loungers. The garden area was limited and might have been better maintained. The restaurant was a bit refectory-like, but food seemed good value and varied (some French influences). Small parking area mainly taken up by bikes/scooters. The hotel is an easy walk to the north end of the beach and not far from the busy market areas, Busy nearby but actually quite quiet at night

Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen
Vorab, der Checkin und das Personal sind total freundlich. Die Lage gegenüber vom Phuket Graceland ist sehr gut. Man ist auch schnell am Strand. Es ist total ruhig!!! Super. Schön grün die Anlage. Aber : Zimmer sind abgewohnt, es riecht schon etwas, die Bäder sind naja gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht einladend. Alles in allem würde ich dort keinen Urlaub nochmal verbringen wollen... Überhaupt zur High saeason ist es so voll auf Phuket das wir nie mehr dort hinfahren werden, es ist überall eine große Abzocke.. Teuer unfreundlich und Verkehrskollaps... Absolut der Smog furchtbar.

Not well maintained
It was an okay room, but things were broken, it hadn't been maintained. permanently stained toilets, broken curtains, smelled funny. other rooms might be nicer since I believe they are individually owned. staff was friendly.

Great family stay!
We booked a week at the Swiss Palm Beach and it was just what we wanted really. We have 2 kids (7 and 4) and with the small kitchen area could provide food for them when we were at the room as they are always hungry! Great location for the beach only a 5 minute walk. About 15 minute walk to Bangla Road. Had some great restaurants around the hotel. So we didnt venture down to Bangla much. Great staff at the hotel. The only thing I would say about the place is that it just needs a bit of paint and a bit of upgrading. But it was great for what we needed and couldnt fault the staff at all!

Enkel leilighet med fin beliggenhet
Fine leiligheter med bra størrelse. Hadde 2 stk. En med 1 soverom og ett med 2 soverom. Litt slitte og utdaterte farger men ellers bra. I den lille leil var kjøleskapet dårlig, men ellers alt ok. I den store hadde vi nytt fint kjøleskap. Ny komfyr som ikke var helt rett koblet til enda. Mangler mye bestikk, glass og asjetter. Ta med engangs. Fikk ikke rett ant håndklær hver dag i noen av leil, så det burde de bli flinkere på. Mange knuste fliser i bassenget. Barna kuttet seg flere ganger, men det var rent og fint basseng. Bil hentet oss ikke ved ankomst som bestilt, men dette rettet de opp ved å gi oss gratis bil ved avreise. Alle som jobber der er blide og koselige. Hjelper alltid til om vi trengte det. Restauranten hadde god mat til en bra pris. Mye mat på hver posjon. Bør prøves.

もちろんまた宿泊します。
ビーチに近い上に、買い物にも便利な立地。従業員従業員も皆さん親切で、面白い。子供に優しかったです。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。シャワーの出がイマイチでしたが、暖かいところなので大丈夫。また宿泊したいです。

Swiss palms v Graceland - Swiss palms rules!
Amazing for price for any family or couple. Rooms huge, good faculties, big fridge, friendliness, room 22 was perfect location, 2 bed apartment with fans and air cond. after leaving here and moving across the road to Graceland we yearned to go back to Swiss Palms (and would hcare saved lots of $ ) so instead visited it for lunch or dinner or takeaway when we needed it. Great atmosphere to take friends and family and book a few rooms. Close to everything but also quiet. Highly rate this and will only stay here if we return to Thailand- over Graceland!

Quiet area but still close to beach
Was good for the lower price range. Quiet area still walking distance to everything and good cheap restaurants nearby. The studio room on bottom floor was like a dark bunker that needed lights on all the time. Bathroom very poor quality, shower head old and broken, hot water only ever lukewarm. Would go back but only book a 2 story apartment, with more natural light and a private balcony.

Nice hotel with decent facilities
Arrived a little bit late, but we were received warmly with the host. We stayed in 2 units of 2 bedroom apartment and they are really good and spacious. Staff are really friendly and i will definitely stay here again if opportunity permitted.

A long weekend at Swiss Palm Beach Hotel, Patong,
My/my wife's family stayed here for a few nights. I loved it. We rented two 2-bedroom apartments. They were very spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for the 7 of us between the two apartments. We could have fit a few more comfortably. With the bedrooms being upstairs and the living room, kitchen & dining area downstairs, it made the space that much better. The hotel is by no means new but they take upkeep seriously. The pool isn't very big but with the shape and layout, it feels big. The kids loved it. Although it is only about 500m or so to the beach and much closer to shops & restaurants, it was very quiet at night. This will be our go-to place at Patong.

朝食、夕食はついていない素泊まりだったが、ホテルにレストランもあり、比較的近くにお店やコンビにもあるので問題なかった。たぶんどの部屋もそうだと思いますがキッチン設備や鍋、皿などもあるので自分で調理することも可能。ホテルスタッフも親切に対応してくれました。

とても快適 very nice
家族５人＋友人２家族の計３家族で宿泊しました。 値段からすると、とてもゴージャスなお部屋でした。 メゾネットで、２LDKで、とても快適に過ごせました。 全家族が集まっても狭く感じないくらい広いです。 バスタブが無いので、人によっては、考えどころになるかもしれません。 我が家は問題無かったですが。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切で、色々と快くお世話してくれました。 ホテルのレストランも、かなり遅くまでやってます。 他のお客さんは、フランス系の方が多かったです。フランス語がはなせれば友達になれますね。 プールも付いていて、小さいですが、本気で泳ぐ方以外は丁度いい大きさだと思います。 近くに屋台街、バー、コンビニ、マッサージ屋さん、ランドリーサービス、トゥクトゥク待機場所がそばにあるなど、何でも近くに有るので便利でした。 繁華街へ行く場合は、少し離れているので、トゥクトゥク利用をおすすめします。 トゥクトゥクは一律200Bです。 トータル的には、また泊まりたいホテルです。

Our stay was really nice the beach is gorgeous and not to busy even with the boat party's, there is always the pool to chill out by. The hotel itself is nice, looking a little worn in places. It might have been the time of year but the electric was turned off twice daily, we stayed in November, but it wasn't too much of a bother The water was tricky to get hot aswell so having a shower was tricky, would work once then not heat up after. The staff were helpful with everything. It's the fact that you are so remote and away from everything is the selling point, plus the wild life.

Swiss Palm Beach Resort - value for you money
My stay at the Swiss Palm Beach Resort was very enjoyable. The pool was superb and the gardens lovely and well maintained. The unit that I stayed in was well furnished with new furnature and only the built in wardrobe in the bedroom and cupboards in bathroom and kitchen were old but reasonable. This however was not the case for all the units as they are all individually owned and not all are kept as good as the others. The unit that I stayed in was 33/2 and I would suggest to ask for that one if you require a one bedroom unit. The restaurant that is attached to the resort was very good indeed and had a very varied menu.

Do Not Stay Here!
I traveled with a friend and the disaster already started at the check in. The lady at the reception advised us that only the manager, who happened to be in Bangkok, can look up the online reservations. After a 10 minute discussion and us providing proof of the booking, she reluctantly took us to two apartments on the ground floor. We then complained again since our booking stated a privated balcony. Another 10 minutes went by until she finally took us to two apartments on the first floor. The apartments are very old and outdated. On top of that it seems like someone is permanently living there and they just rent out the room while there not there. In one apartment there was an aboundance of books and in the other one crutches.. The pool looks a little bit old as well and the swim up bar was closed. Note that all the pictures online appear much nicer that the actual facility. Additionally there are other little things, like only having hand soap and no shower gel or shampoo, that make me believe that this place should not be a 3 star hotel. My suggestion is to first of all rename it in "Swiss Palm Beach Family Apartments" so single people are not mislead. Secondly, the 3 star rating should be reviewed and the prices adjusted accordingly. There are much nicer places just around the corner for the same price or less. I happen to be Swiss and feel offended by the owner's understanding of "Swissness".

Nice hotel near to amenities
The hotel is tucked in between more modern n newer hotels, but it is near to the beach and all the places of interest.
