Loved almost everything, such a fantastic holiday. Disliked leaving! Such a great all round package, we’ve stayed in many of the 5 star resorts on Phuket, and this is most definitely right up there. Amazing resort, amazing people, amazing service. So sad to have left.

Absolutely fantastic resort with stunning views and incredible staff. We were blown away with the kindness and attentiveness of all the staff at Andara. All of the little gestures and added extras didn’t go unnoticed and we fully appreciated them. We stayed in a three bed penthouse pool suite and it was spacious and luxurious throughout. The master bedroom was breathtaking! As a group of six, we had plenty of space for us all to dine, relax and socialise in the suite without feeling on top of one another. The pool and sun deck on the top floor was lovely to have some privacy from the main resort pool and to enjoy seeing some of the local wildlife. Within our group we had two young children (4 and 6 yrs) who were well looked after on site too with a kids club, fun family activities and setting up teddies on their bed when cleaning. There was a range of cuisines at breakfast and we didn’t get bored during our 11 nights here as there was so much on offer. The resort taxi down to the beach was great, and lovely to have a designated area on Kamala beach for the hotel with towels and bottled water on hand. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andara and are already looking at rebooking.

Our room was absolutely beautiful. We chose the room with it's own pool. It was absolutely breathtaking. The wooden floors were kept very clean. The staff were all very polite. They had people on standby to drive us into town free of charge. The property was well maintained and beautiful.

We booked a two room terrace suite which was conveniently located to the pool, dining area and gym. The room was very spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff here is incredibly attentive and friendly and helped us navigate the property and surrounding areas. While the resort itself is not on the beach they offer free shuttles which takes only a few minutes once you’re in the car. They also offer golf cart rides to and from the rooms as there are many hills on the property, and depending where your room is it might be a long walk, but our room was close to the lobby and made everything walkable. Our room didn’t have its own pool like some, but we were perfectly comfortable using the main pool which is really beautiful. We also made sure to have the breakfast included which was excellent. There were a ton of options and the food was always fresh and high quality. Overall, we loved staying at Andara and would absolutely come back to stay here. The room, property, food and lovely staff made our trip unforgettable.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our one bedroom villa with our own pool was over the top in beauty and elegance and space. The people are incredibly kind. We felt very safe and the views were incredible. I recommend that if you are going to visit Pheuket, you must stay here.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a beautiful 9 day vacation at Andara this June. We were impressed with the quality of service, the attention to detail, the helpfulness of the staff and the overall beauty of the property. Everything was top notch, including the expansive and delicious breakfast buffet. Miss Chompu at reception was delightful and attentive. We will be back.

Andara was fantastic. The staff are amazingly attentive and helpful. I stayed in a penthouse pool suite and it was luxurious and comfortable. The room was serviced daily and they provided bottle water everyday. The breakfast was everything and more. I highly recommend this accomodation.

This place looks nice in the pictures but exceeded all expectations. The units are awesome, the restaurant is great. Gym was nice, pool was nice, spa was awesome. The staff was incredible. I would 100% recommend and would like to return at some point.

We enjoyed everything about this property! The staff went above and beyond in making sure we felt at home and were catered to. The breakfast buffet was divine, with so many fresh options! Dinner and lunch was delish and the presentation of every dish was beautiful! We will definitely return!

Dream Vacation
We had an amazing vacation at one of the Andara Villas. It was one of the most luxurious places I have ever stayed and at this point in my life I don't consider anything less than 4+ stars It was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and very spacious. The views were stunning from every room and from our own private infinity pool. The staff was warm and welcoming. Breakfast at Silk restaurant was extensive in variety and outstanding in terms of quality. Any dietary requests were accomodated without any hesitation(dairy free in my daughters case). We will definitely be back in the future.

We stayed in a three bedroom pool suite. The suite was huge, very well appointed with extraordinary views. The dining area, kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms were all top of the line. The service was extraordinary. One can easily access the beach even by foot but Andara provides a continuous pick up and drop service anywhere in the Kamala area. I very strongly recommend this place.

Stayed for five days four nights. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, we left an item on a bus on one of the tours we attended and they managed to help us recover the item very smoothly and happily. Restaurant staff were very nice and obliging. Breakfast was excellent. Only the Thai food at the hotel was not great but Western food was good. Still a five star experience!

The 3 bedroom penthouse pool suite that I stayed in within my husband and 2 children was super impressive. We loved the view from the hall and the master bedroom. We also loved the private pool and the view from there. The complimentary Prosecco was a nice surprise. Service was excellent, check in was so prompt even though we arrived earlier than check in time and the reception was flexible enough to allow us a late check out. This was much appreciated. Food wise, we had both Thai food and Italian food at the hotel during our stay. The food did not impress us as much and we think this could be an area of improvement. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast nonetheless.
