สถานที่สวยงาม pool villaตัวสระเล็กไปหน่อย ขนาดห้องพักเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ห้องนํ้ากว้างขวางมาก การบริการของพนักงานดีมาก อาหารเช้า ดีทีเดียวเสียอย่างมีแมลงวัน 1ตัว (อย่างว่าไม่ว่าจะโรงแรมกี่ดาวก้อสามารถพบแมลงวันได้555)สระว่ายนํ้าส่วนดลางใหญ่มาก ห้องที่พัก52มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับชักโครก ตอนที่ไปมีปัญหาเล็กน้อยเรื่องนํ้าจากตัวการประปาหยุดไหล1ชมเนื่องจากการขาดแคลนนํ้า จากหน้าแล้งของจังหวัด โดยรวมพอใจกับโรงแรมนี้ครับ

เราเลือกไปฮานีมูนที่โรงแรมนี้ เลือกห้อง ocen veiw pool villaที่ดีที่สุดของเรา ราคา 14,000++ เพราะดูจากรีวิวว่าดีที่สุด แต่สิ่งที่เราได้รับ คือ ห้องพักที่จัดให้เราน้ำที่ไหลออกมาจากท่อเป็นสีดำ ตอนแรกไม่ยอมเปลี่ยนห้องให้เรา รอเกือบชั่วโมง กว่าจะยอม จัดการให้ ไปทานอาหารกลางวัน แมลงวันเยอะมาก มาตอมอาหาร และบินตกลงมาในแก้วน้ำเรา เราไปสอบถามสปาเพื่อจะจองคิวทำสปา ราคา10,000+ แต่พอพนักงานต้อนรับชื่อ ออย เห็นเราเป็นคนไทย แทบไม่อยากคุยกับเรา ก้มหน้ากดเครื่องคิดเลข เอาเมนูให้เราอ่านเอง พอเราถามอะไร ตอบแบบไม่อยากให้บริการ ถามรายละเอียดว่าสครับอะไร พนักงานตอบว่า สครับคือขัดตัว เราอ่านภาษาอังกฤษออก รู้ความหมายแต่อยากรู้ สครับมีส่วนผสมอะไร เราลุกออกไป ยังไม่สนใจเลย รร.ระดับ 5 ดาว บริการแย่มาก แถมยังดูถูกคนไทยด้วยกัน ถ้าไม่ต้อนรับคนไทยควรแจ้งในเวบไซด์ตั้งแต่แรก จะได้ไม่ต้องไป เสียดายเงิน เสียดายเวลา เสียดายความรู้มากๆ จะไม่ไปใช้บริการอีกแล้ว

เป็นโรงแรมที่หรูหราราคาแพงแต่ก็คุ้มค่าแก่การมาพักผ่อนเป็นที่สุดครับ มินิบาร์ราคาไม่แพงเมื่อเทียบกับ5ดาวที่อื่นกินได้สบายใจ ปากทางเข้าโรงแรมมีแฟมมิลี่มาร์ท คนจีนน้อยส่วนใหญ่ฝรั่งจึงค่อนข้างเงียบสงบเป็นส่วนตัวมากๆ อาหารเช้าแนวตะวันตกไปหน่อยแต่ก็มีพวกก๋วยเตี๋ยว ข้าวต้ม โจ๊ก บ้าง พักห้อง ocean cape ซึ่งอยู่ชั้น2ใกล้สปา วิวมุมสูงสวยงามมากๆ คราวหน้าคงไปพักอีกครับเพราะที่นี่ดีจริง ข้อเสียที่เห็นขัดตาอย่างหนึ่งคือพนักงานทำความสะอาดเอากระเป๋าชุดทำความสะอาดมากองหน้าห้องพักไว้ เห็นแล้วดูตลกไม่เป็นมืออาชีพไงไม่รู้

ทำเลดีอยู่หน้าผา แต่หลายห้องอยู่มุมอับไม่สมราคา
ได้จองห้อง Ocean Cape โดยยอมเสียเงินแพงหน่อย เพื่อจะได้นอนห้องวิวดีๆ แต่เมื่อเช็คอิน พนักงานบอกว่าได้อัพเกรดห้องให้เป็น Pool Villa มีสระส่วนตัวเล็กๆ ก็เข้าใจว่าน่าจะดีกว่าห้องที่จองไว้ จึงยินยอม แต่เมื่อบอกว่าคืนนี้จะมีลูกอีกคนที่มาคนละเที่ยวบินจะเดินทางมาพักด้วย เขาก็ขอเก็บเพิ่มอีก 7000 กว่าบาทรวมอาหารเช้า ผมก็ตกลง เพราะเป็นบุคคลที่สาม และเขาจะมาเพิ่มเตียงเสริมให้ (ซึ่งความจริงไม่ต้องเพิ่มก็ได้ เพราะในห้องมีเตียงเดี่ยวใหญ่ที่นอนได้ 2 คนและมีเตียงเล็กอีกเตียงอยู่แล้ว) เป็นห้องหมายเลข 10 เป็นห้อง Pool Villa ที่อยู่ท้ายและต่ำสุดในบรรดาห้อง Pool Villa ทั้งหลาย ถ้าจะพูดหยาบๆคือห้องที่ห่วยสุดของ Pool Villa ตอนแรกก็ยังไม่ได้คิดอะไร ห้องก็ใหญ่ดี มีสระส่วนตัวเล็กๆ แต่มองไม่ค่อยเห็นทะเล เพราะถูกต้นไม้บังหมด ตอนเย็นเมื่อขึ้นไปที่ lobby เลยแจ้งพนักงานว่าขอเอาห้องที่จองไว้เดิมดีกว่า ปรากฎว่าได้รับคำตอบว่าวันนี้ห้องเต็มแล้วเปลี่ยนไม่ได้ ผมเลยต้องยินยอมอยู่ห้องนั้นไป 1 คืน วันรุ่งขึ้นผมได้ถามพนักงานว่าจะเปลี่ยนเป็นห้องที่จองไว้ได้หรือไม่ และผมก็สังเกตเห็นว่ามีผู้ชายเอเชียอีกคนมาขอเปลี่ยนห้องเช่นกัน เพราะห้องเขาถูกหลังคาของอาคารหลังหนึ่งบัง การที่คนยอมจ่ายห้องพักแพงๆของโรงแรมนี้ ก็หวังจะได้เห็นวิวทะเลสวยๆจากหน้าผา ดังนั้นห้องที่มีปัญหาด้านทัศนียภาพย่อมต้องเสนอราคาที่ถูกกว่าไม่ใช่ราคาเดียวกันแม้ว่าสภาพภายในจะเหมือนกันก็ตาม เมื่อพนักงานพาผมไปดูห้องที่พอจะเปลี่ยนได้คือเลื่อนจากห้องเดิมสูงขึ้นอีกนิดเป็น Pool Villa เพราะห้อง Ocean Cape ปล่อยไปหมดไม่ว่างแล้ว ซึ่งไม่ได้ดีกว่าเดิมนัก ผมจึงต่อรองว่า ผมจะยอมอยู่ที่ห้องเดิมอีกคืน (จองไว้ 2 คืน) แต่ขอไม่คิดเงินเพิ่ม 7000 กว่าได้หรือไม่ พนักงานก็ตกลง

High quality and tremendous service!
A really fantastic, chill resort. Top quality from the rooms and pool and especially the staff. Super accommodating. And the local shops, restaurants and massage parlors just outside the front gate provided excellent service and quality.

In general, the facilities of this property is old and not very functional. The front dest didn’t give the type of room we reserved 2 months ago instead of excused upgrades us to better standard room, which was not true better. That area around that property is not very ready for international tourists visit and some of them are really not friendly with tourist from China especially

For my birthday, I decided to take a trip to Asia and stayed at Amatara in Phuket for part of the trip. It was very nice and peaceful, the staff was very accommodating and respectful. They even made my special day even more special by singing happy birthday for me at breakfast and bringing me a cake. To top it all off, after visiting James Bond island, I came back to find my bed covered in rose petals spelling out HBD, there was also a ‘delicious’ towel cake to complete the scene. The spa services were excellent. I spent 6hrs one day getting pampered, scrubbed and massaged. The ultimate detox spa treatment was well worth it. I continued to reap the benefits weeks after treatment. To sum it up, it was a great experience and I look forward to visiting Phuket again and staying at Amatara.

If your are thinking about booking this resort, BOOK IT! My fiancé and I made memories that will last a lifetime. The resort was beautiful and clean with spectacular views. The food was amazing and they had a wide selection. The staff was amazing and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Special Thank you to Lom and Nuri for making our stay extra special ❤️

Breakfast buffet and the restaurant has limited menu. The Villa’s pool needs to be cleaned from the leaves and some dead trees need to be removed to improve the bay view.
