The room and hotel has a new "modern look." The room was very spacious and the grounds were lovely. The stopper in the bathroom sink was broken and, although we complained, noone seemed to be interested in fixing it.

Nice area in Scottsdale. I was not expecting each day during my stay to have the hallways and my room smell of marijuana due to other guests. Staff was very nice and accommodating but the smell of marijuana in my room was not pleasant.

This place is in a safe area and parking was great! The pool was quiet (March)! Clean room!!! Although it is an older hotel, upkeep is slow going! Breakfast was ok! (Only hard boiled eggs) & sausage both days!

Perfectly clean, friendly, decent facility Pool could have been warmer Area of improvement is in the quality of food provided for breakfast. It could have been better. Ex 1: If a guest is going to take the time and effort to make a lovely large fresh Belgium waffle don’t offer crap artificially flavored ‘syrup’. Ex 2: When providing yogurt, maybe get the real stuff. Not the low quality artificially thickened and high fructose corn syrup filled garbage.

Found a live cockroach on my toothbrush! Standing water in the shower! Spoke with the manager about these issues (even brought her the cockroach I smashed) and she didn’t seem to be bothered by it.

I apologize that you felt we weren't bothered about our issues. We did have our pest control company come to inspect the room and he did not find any activity at the time. We had him to preventative spray just in case. Maintenance was notified of your shower and was fixed. We appreciate your feedback.

We got back from dinner there was a group of young ladies smoking pot in the parking lot. We had to wait for coffee no creamor. Paid total of $340 and had to stop at the gas station for coffee very disappointing

It was clean, smelled nice in room, unlike the La Quinta near the airport. We stayed 2 nights and was happy. Easy check out. I wish all the La Quintas was like yours.

The property was very loud. You can hear everything that goes on outside your door and adjoining walls. It was not very clean and smelled. I would not stay here again.

Rooms and dining area are spotless, staff helpful and friendly, and the location is convenient for spring training games, desert botanical garden snd restaurants. Very nice breakfast as well.

They defintely have issues with their doors. Tricky to get in the building, tricky opening the room door, and damn near impossible to open the door to the fitness room. The fitness room is so small that no more than two people can be inside at a time. I would strongly recommend going out for breakfast. Every morning, it was like the UN was making a food drop in war zone. Tons of people crowded around the few scraps that they put out for you. Maybe I just was here at a bad time of year (spring training), but this hotel is way overpriced for what it is.

Everything was good from the staff to the room. Linens could have been nicer and the room keys were very finicky, but otherwise it was up to expectations.

This was our first stay at a La Quinta and we were thrilled! It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Ideally we would prefer a room with two queen beds, but made the two doubles work! Thanks for a lovely stay and a delicious continental breakfast!

Basic clean hotel with a decent breakfast option. Checked-in during March break and I thought this should be an under $200 room, but it isn't. A bit costly for the basics. But overall, good.

All patio chairs were ripped, the pillows on bed were smelly, and the tub was curved and dangerous, they didn’t clean our room when we were out. The staff was great and attentive but, it was fine for the most part.

The Property was close to HonorHealth Shea in Scottsdale where my Husband was going for surgery the next morning. You can't get a better location than right off the freeway.

The things i would like to report is the bathroom exhaust fan wasn't working, also only 2 little 4inch shampoo containers supplied per day in the bathroom one for shampoo and one for conditioner, however my room was booked for 4 individuals, i have to ask the front desk for extras every time needs to take shower,
