Two out of four elevators were not working and there were some holes on the drywall above the elevator doors, it looked bad for a nice hotel. The bed was uncomfortable. The rest of the hotel and dining room were great.

The room was spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful . The night I was staying at the hotel. I returned my rental car and I was able to call the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. Also, I used the shuttle to get back at the airport on the following day. The hotel was very close to the airport and a 14 minute drive to Old Town.

I had booked my stay on expedia for $290 per night. When I checked out i was bill over $500 for the night! Luckily I had my expedia receipt and they made the adjustment. Very upsetting experience. Would like to compliment the person at the desk for professionally handling the situation once I was able to produce my receipt.

The hotel itself was OK. Some disrepair in the bathroom (peeling wall covering) and a stupid shower design (the glass enclosure forces one to be under the shower head when you turn it on, meaning you get drenched with ice- or scalding-water). No non-hotel walkable restaurants. Very expensive (~$300) for and OK hotel.

Check in and check out was great----only spent a few hours, arriving from judging a horseshow in Scottsdale to shuttle to airport-- coffee was so so-------I was pre signed on for shuttle to airport---we left several people waiting for driver(very polite)to get back---better planing on their part--apparently happens a bit--don't say get to front door 5 minutes before departure times

The staff could not have been more helpful! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and kind. I loved staying at this property. Traveling alone is unusual for me and I am so grateful I chose this property. The shuttle driver who picked us up at the airport was very knowledgeable. Pointed out good places to eat but was also highly complimentary of the hotel restaurant.

I always stay at Hilton because of the excellent service and nice resorts. This was anything but that. To start, upon arriving at this rundown location, they were short-staffed. I waited while the one employee handled a call. I requested early check-in to get ready for a wedding. I hurried to the room and noticed it was warm (adjusted the air) but didn't have time to think much of it because I needed to be at the wedding within 2 hours. I got back from the wedding at 10:30pm and realized the room still wasn't cool. I had to had an 8:30am flight and decided I would just try to rest. I turned the A/C to high and nodded off. I woke up around 2am with an awful migraine and was sweating. I had called down when I first arrived to request a shower cap, but the one employee was too busy and I had to go downstairs because he forgot to have someone bring it. I do not fault the employee because it seems Hilton is not staffing adequately. However, I didn't call about the A/C because I had no faith in the staff, and couldn't afford to lose more sleep (the room was also noisy). The bed was so uncomfortable, and the pillows were so flat. I woke up in pain the following day, in addition to being exhausted. One of my triggers with my health condition is exhaustion. I let the front desk know about my stay, and the person at the front desk said, "You didn't call last night", and blamed me for the situation. Having worked in the service industry, that is no way to treat a guest. STEER CLEAR.

Arriving close to midnight from a red eye flight with my senior parents, upon check-in the hotel was out of double queen beds. It took an hr to accommodate us to a king bed with a roller bed it was exhausting and uncomfortable not a good experience.

We stayed overnight at this property, as we had a long layover between flights out of Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, the facility was clean and updated. It was quiet, and even though we were in Phoenix, which can be notoriously dangerous, we felt safe the entire time. We even had an opportunity the next morning when our party had to be split up into two separate reservations for the airport shuttle when another party did not show on time and we all got to take the transport at the same time. We were very pleased with the service, cleanliness and professionalism of the staff.

Clean and quiet room. All the staff was fabulous! Rikki at the front desk was so nice, although I was cranky and having a bad day. Maria running the breakfast in the morning was so nice, and made the morning so pleasant. Two thumbs up!
