We highly appreciate your comments and all other guests as well with our gratitude because they help us to recognize all shortcomings despite of subjective or objective reasons. Our WIFI service covers all resort area with 10 hotspots and you easily can access in the room or on the beach. However, some problem might occur with the system and our IT staff would surely help to fix it if we got information. Also we sincerely apologize for the pressing service and we take this opportunity to check and improve service quality including food & beverage.
