The first room (No. 20) that we were placed in was disgusting. There was black mould in one corner of the room, the bathroom door did not close as it was swollen with water, there were burn marks on the sink and half of the shower control was broken. This room should not be used in its present condition. However, after a quick chat with Expedia, we went down to reception and were given another room (no 55) this room was good although there were still burn marks on the sink and floor. Neither of the rooms were soundproofed, the hotel description said they were. It is a very basic hotel probably only suited to an overnight stay.

Very noisy with people coming and going until after 4am and then again about 6am. Virtually no sleep which was not good with a long journey ahead. A room at the back might have been a little quieter.

The room was very old fashioned,and had not been refurbished for many many years, The room also reeked of smoke,so much so that the white walls and ceiling was yellow, Overall a disgusting room, never again.

This will be the last time I stay at a Premiere Class or similar hotel in France. It was very difficult to take a shower and not get the whole place wet and you can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. They may be cheap, but after numerous times, the quality is very low and I've decided to trade up a bit.

You get what you paid for. Hotel is more than 5kms from city centre and public transport (bus) not frequent therefore had to use expensive taxis.

Great staff, good location
Typical Premiere Classe. Is showing it’s age, especially the bathroom. Service is great, very helpful staff. They pay attention to requests made at time of booking and do not disturb signs if you don’t want/need cleaning. Located in a hotel cluster near a commercial center with a lot of restaurants nearby.

Difficult for me to comment on a nights stay, as we had to change our travel plans to the UK due to the road blockades in France the next day. We checked in and the lady at reception was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was very basic, ok for one night and no longer. Position was good, just off the motorway, and near a shopping centre and eateries, so from that perspective it was fine. Could do with a bit of an update inside and out. Also does allow dogs.

Basic rooms ideal for passing through only
The rooms were shabby and need some minor upkeep and repairs. They had not been cleaned particularly well and do not have any amenities in such as hairdriers or kettles. If you just want a bed for the night on the way through to somewhere else then not so bad. Breakfast had very poor choice and definitely not worth the extra money so we headed out without to find somewhere else.

Tired hotel, but what you expect for price
This hotel is really showing its age. Fine for a short stay. What you would expect from a PC. It's small, but functional. Getting rusty and worn in many places. Wifi could be better. Staff is great though.

Vive Le Premiere Classe
This was a very good place. just off the autoroute and within walking distance of a Commercial Centre with an inexpensive "Flunch" restaurant attached. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and on the ground floor. Breakfast was adequate for E5 but was just bread and jam with fruit juice and Yogurt. Staff were very helpful, I must say, This was the 2nd time I stayed here this year and would recommend it as everything worked.

Basic, cheap but provides everything you need.
Nice staff, very helpful. They really made my stay. Room was clean, straightforward, modern, simple, tv, lights, comfortable firm bed, clean. Not the sort of place I would bring a family to enjoy, but the sort of place I readily use if I'm on my own and basically need to refresh after a long day out, and have a long day ahead.

It was the perfect stop over hotel for me - just needed a place to sleep for the evening and I had a car so it was great. Room was reasonable size and very clean. Quiet night. I liked it.

I had read the other poor reviews and was a little apprehensive however the room was comfortable and clean, the bathroom was small and could do with a little work but it was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The location was ideal for what we wanted and was right next to a shopping/commercial area so had a few restaurants only a minutes walk from our room. Reception staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was good and the hotel provided free wifi. For a cheap (£21 per night) and cheerful hotel room we couldn't have asked for more.

Bearable for a short stay only.
Never stayed in a 1 star before - will try not to again if this one was typical of them. This was a last minute emergency booking so hadn't had the chance to do our homework! Room was exceptionally basic, toilet/shower cubicle very small and dated.We only had 2 small bath towels. No toiletries except a soap dispenser on the wall. Big problem was that the stairs to the first floor were outside - thankfully it didn't rain while we were there as they would have frozen during the very cold night and been very dangerous! However it wasn't all negative. The bed was large, had clean linen and was comfortable.There were only 2 small pillows, but the night porter was happy to give us 2 more. The heating was good and easily adjusted to suit our needs. There was free wi fi. Breakfast was about 5 euros and was typically french- breads, sweet bread, jams, honey etc, yogurts,but no cheese or meats. there was a toaster, and as much orange and hot drinks as you wanted. We were here for 3 nights, but as we only showered and slept in our room it was ok and bearable. It was very cheap to stay here so basically we got what we paid for!

Vive la Sewer
This was a very bare bones hotel. The staff was rather indifferent when we arrived. Then things went downhill as the sewer backed up in the lobby. A repair truck spent the better part of the day suctioning out the contents of the pipes just outside the rooms. The remaining fragrance in the lobby will long be remembered. Convenient - yes. Will we return - never.

Hôtel très bruyant la nuit !
A fuir...!! Odeur de tabac dans la chambre très désagréable. Trous de cigarette dans la couette. Porte ouverte salle petit déjeûner durant toute la nuit. Beaucoup d'allées et venues.Très bruyant. Impossible de dormir. Veilleur de nuit insolent et imbu de sa personne. Nous avons dû partir très tôt le matin tellement c'était insupportable. Très déçus de cet hôtel.

Il n’y avais plus d’eau chaude. Moisissures sur les coussin. Sol tacher. Troue de cigarette dans les couettes. Odeur pas agréable dans la chambre. Il n’y avais que le prix qui était bien mais en même temps pour le strict minimum sa fait finalement cher.
