Amazing place, great value for money, beautiful rooms (terrace was refurbished), and glorious pools. I also wasn’t expecting much in terms of food quality, but it’s actually top notch all over the property. Thai food is legit (I travel with a Thai person), but the pizza and burger for example are also amazing. If I had to pick any gripe, alcoholic drinks are very expensive, a basic cocktail or mix drink is 320 baht at most places inside the property. Also if you’re looking to easily get into town - that takes a minute and you’ll need a taxi. It’s not SUPER far but it’s a hill plus there’s lots of traffic and it’s definitely not walkable. In return you get a beautiful oasis of calm though.

Okay hotel, surely not a 5-star, may be 3.5 at best. Big compound, has several buildings, good swimming pools, nice private beach, breakfast restaurant always busy, one morning of our stay was closed and they had to push us to a restaurant in another building which was double busy. Rooms are okay, but obviously old. Our room tv probably 15 years old. Not going there again.

This property deserves zero star. I am only giving them 2 star because of excellent dining options. I had booked a beach terrace two bedroom suite as a last stop in my recent travel to Thailand. Our less then desirable experience began on our way to the suite. The elevator smelled horribly. Then, we went to our room , which didn’t look too well. Corners were dirty and dust could he seen. My family wanted to check out immediately - but I convinced them to stay. Next morning, my wife discovered a large bug (looked like millipede) on the pillow that I slept on the night before. I showed the picture to the hotel reception and they moved us to two connected rooms of Royal Cliff Beach hotel (a downgrade if we go by their luxury definition). This ruined our entire Sunday and plans. The new rooms looked recently renovated, were brighter and better than suite. However, we discovered cigarette buds in the Patio of each room (I and my son are Asthmatic and non-smoker). The bathroom curtains, towels and beach slippers were dirty. Even next day, house keeping didn't clean the cigarette buds from Patio. This tells a lot about the hotel. The lobby of our floor smelled like a smoker’s paradise. It seems the air ventilation needed maintenance. Only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of amazing food choices. Restaurants and room services are very good snd food tasted great.the staff went out of their way in ensuring great food quality.

This property was fantastic. I had. Really enjoyable stay here. Food was good and staff was incredible. I made friends with Gam who runs the front desk employees and in my opinion basically runs the hotel. Whatever I needed she was always there to help. My rooms were always clean so the cleaning ladies are fantastic and wonderful people. Everyone that I met was polite and kind and there’s no doubt in my mind that I would stay there again. In fact I wish I still was there. 5 stars all around

Hotel excellent. Couple of pools to pick from every day and amazing beach access. Nice quiet and very well managed. Front desk team was outstanding to our every question and request. Property is super secure and multiple restaurants from pick from within the property. Great family and private atmosphere in the middle of wild Pattaya and only about 10 minutes drive to the old Pattaya walking streets and beach front.
