ห้องพักเก่ามากๆ มีกลิ่นอับและเนื่องจากเป็นพื้นลามิเนตมีบางส่วนที่โดนน้ำที่ผุและบวม ประตูห้องปิดไม่ได้ต้องตามช่างมาดู แต่ทางโรงแรมก็ไม่ยอมเปลี่ยนห้องให้ ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามากกกก มีด้ายหลุดหลุ่ยออกมา และไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนเล็กเอาไว้ให้ต้องขอเอง ไม่มีแปรงสีฟันให้ สระว่างน้ำสกปรกมีใบไม่ลอยเต็ม ไม่แนะนำโรงแรมนี้เลย เสียดายเงินมากๆ

Maid didn't take care the room as it should be. They forgot to.. - clean the bin - add empty items (soap, drinking water etc.) - change the tower Only 1 elevator Electricity shut down. That we can't recommend to our friends.

Great hotel but it was a little confuse when you try to find the place for the first time arrival ;there were a lot of hotel around this area ,& the parking space seem not enough to me ,other than that everything here are Great, Would strongly recommended

ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็นท่อ อยากให้ประบปรุงเรื่องนี้
ห้องพักต้องถือว่าดีทีเดียว แต่ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นเหม็นท่อตลอดเวลาโชคดีที่เวลาปิดประตูแล้วกลิ่นไม่ออกมาในห้องนอน โรงแรมค่อนข้างเล็ ทำให้ต้องไปทานอาหารรวมกับ โนวา สูท ซึ่งสถานที่ที่เตรียมไว้ก็เล็ก ทำให้โต๊ะไม่เพียงพอสำหรับแขกทั้งสองที่รวมกัน

โรงแรมดีหมดนะครับ อยู่ในเกณฑ์ดีมาก คุ้มค่ากับที่จ่าย ที่จอดรถน้อย แต่ตอนผมไปคนน้อยเลยไม่มีผล ไม่รู้ว่าถ้าช่วงคนเยอะจะมีปัญหาไหม วิวไม่ค่อยดีนะ อยู่ในซอยลึกนิดๆ ไม่ติดทะเล แต่โดยรวมแล้วชอบมากครับ พนักงานโอเค บริการดีมาก นอกจากที่คอมเม้นท์ทุกอย่างเพอร์เฟคครับ

Very nice hotel at a very reasonably price. You can walk to the beach and other areas within 15 minutes or can walk to the main road and take Tuk Tuk for a very reasonably cost around the city. Staff are very friendly.

Ruhige Lage ca. 10minuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war freundlich und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Nimmt man ein Euro mehr in die Hand sind die Zimmer etwas größer und besser ausgestattet. Das Niedrigpreissgment hat mir aber ebenso vollkommen genügt. Das Hotel hat mir im Zuge der Corona Pandemie meine Kosten anstandslos und schnell zurück erstattet. Nicht nur deswegen voll empfehlenswert

Nice enough. Like an old Hilton and that's not bad thing in Pattya. The staff at the front counter were efficient but not the kind of Thai friendly that you'd expect. The room staff on the other hand were super nice and very good at their job! Over all a good multi story hotel (with a lift) with nice rooms that are well cared for.

The property was good but the staff working there isnt professional....the housekeeping lady went inside our room in our absence ,without permission ,our belongings were kept inside , the time we came back the room was unlocked and she was cleaning it , so pathetic not just that they charged 300THB for a lipstick mark on the towel , they do not serve any order inside the room and they do not have plates and bowls at their property....i personally do not recommend but if you got it booked already so don't regret ,it ain't that bad ...
