I do not agree that this resort received 4 stars. It should be 3 when compare to other hotels in Pattaya that I have visited. You may find other 4 star hotels within this price range. By the way, the room is not small and clean including pool inside the resort. AirCon in the room 206 is noisy.

Everything is within walking distance yet you would think you were in the country also nice size pool all staff are excellent from owner to cleaners and extremely polite would recommend to anyone from single to family very good value for money for me 5 star

This hotel is a long walk along a filthy lane to get to the nearest cafe or restaurant and beach. No transport nearby unless you take this same walk. Couldn’t even get a taxi from the resort, had to pay the owner twice as much as a taxi for them to drive us to our next resort which was at least close to town. The villa itself was nice enough, but the breakfast was all Asia hot food, and some terrible white bread for toast. The owner was friendly enough when we’d expressed concern about getting to a restaurant for dinner and did drive us to the beach area a kilometre away so we didn’t need to walk down the lane in the dark. Overall, would not recommend this hotel even as an inexpensive option as I know there are also inexpensive places closer to restaurants and beach area.

Really loved the bungalow. Large room with a Thai feel. Very comfortable and quiet stay. A bit far from the beach but in a more rural area which was a nice change from the cramped feel of the city. Overall one of my favorite places I stayed in Pattaya.

I had a wonderful break. I would recommend Avila to anyone who wants a peaceful holiday with the nightlife of Pattaya only a short bus ride away.

Quiet hotel a bit away from Jomtien Beach area

As mentioned above, once transport organized, was able to visit the sights and get to the 6 km stretch of beach, bars, restaurants & shops without the long walk there.

Awesome place,quiet & tranquil

Very peaceful & tranquil place,staff were unreal,nothing was to much for them even a g maintenance man lending us his motorbike to go & get some food a few times.Absolutely awesome & will most definitely stay here again.

Awesome stay

Fantastic stay,great pool,lovely breakfast,staff were very helpful in arranging transport,free tuk tuk to beach area,New management couldn't do enough for us even made special desserts just for us and picked fresh star fruit off tree for us to try!.Food was available to eat (was bought in) but they are building a new restaurant which opens shortly.

It was as in the description, I had 1 hiccup and that was solved very quickly. I have staved in many hotels and not replied, The staff were friendly and polite. I will stay again, The hotel was just a short walk to the beach.

Excellent value in a quiet and beautiful setting.

A very comfortable stay and excellent value. Large, clean rooms with good WiFi, aircon, water pressure and a nice pool. We had a car so the slightly remote location wasn't a problem...there is a tuktuk available. The restaurant is small and rustic but lots of good restaurants in the area. A quiet and pleasant stay.

전반적으로 괜찮음. 가구가 낡아서 손 대면 부서질것 같은것과 해변과의 거리가 차타기 애매하고 걷기도 애매한 거리라는 점만 빼고.

OK hotell

Överlag bra och prisvärt hotell. Dock en del detaljer som gör att helhetsintrycket blir sådär. Rummet hade lite slitage som drog ner känslan. Saknades hyllor i badrummet. Lite övriga småsaker i badrummet som var sådär. Provade inte frukosten men verkade sådär. Få solsängar vid poolen. Men bra personal och i övrigt vad man kan förvänta sig. Ingen kul omgivning och dåligt restaurangutbud precis vid hotellet.

Un bon moment tout de même

Globalement cet hôtel est sympathique mais ne mérite pas vraiment ses 3 étoiles. Tout y es bien mais de ce niveau de qualité selon les critères d'un 3 étoiles beaucoup de choses sont vieillissantes ou manquante. Par exemple une climatisation qui tombe en panne rapidement, peu de petit accessoires de toilette savon ridicule pas de sèche cheveux pas de champion... Bref il ne s'agit pas d'un mauvais hôtel, le personnel est disponible pour vous satisfaire et le prix est raisonnable. Ne vous attendez pas à un palace, l'hôtel est bien pour les routard. Il est dans un coin tranquille assez loin de toutes les activités de Pattaya mais cela me convenait parfaitement. A chacun sont plaisir. L'hôtel n'est pas de haut standing, piscine bien que petite est agréable ; il reste intéressant pour un prix raisonnable et un séjour de une semaine maximum.

Optimal für einen entspannenden Urlaub!

Sehr ruhig gelegene kleine Anlage, optimal für zum entspannen, Villa-Zimmer sehr geräumig und umfangreich eingerichtet, großer Balkon.Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Negativ:Pool müßte renoviert werden (teils Verletzungsgefahr), Standard-Zimmer sehr renovierungsbedürftig, TV-Programm für Deutsche nicht geeignet. Achtung: Photos entsprechen nur den Villen.

Perfekt för en stor familj

Bodde med min fru och barn samt ytterligare ett par familjemedlemmar. Så bokade ett helt hus med under- och övervåning. Väldigt rymligt och bra. Vi har bott här förut och kommer bo här igen då det är väldigt trevligt och gemytligt här. Ligger cirka 1 km från stranden i Jomtien, men har fri transport från och till stranden.

Liten barnvänlig resort

En bra och trevlig liten resort. Mycket bra service och trevlig personal, stora rum och en liten härlig swimmingpool. Ganska nära till Jomtien Beach, dit hotellet har en egen shuttle service. Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse där och kan mycket väl tänka oss att bo där igen.

Süsses Hotel mit netter Bedienung

Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Personal ist super nett, lieb und sehr hilfsbereit! Sie machen alles "unmögliche" möglich! Tuctuc zum Strand zu jeder Zeit! Einzige negative... die Umgebung ist nicht so schön. Ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg zum Strand. Wir hatten aber ein Moped (Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür im Hotel...perfekt) und somit war alles super schön! Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub! Thank you for this great holiday!!!

ที่ตั้ง ทีวี ต่ำกว่าเตียงมากเกินไป และตั้งห่างกับ เตียงค่อนข้างมาก ทำให้ต้องลากโชฟา ไปนอนดู เป็นข้อเสียที่ควรปรับปรุงนะครับ

Leuk resort, maar iets te ver van Jomtiem Beach.

Onze verwachtingen waren erg hoog, aangezien we zeker 5 maanden bezig waren of we in dit resort zouden slapen of niet. Uiteindelijk toch voor 3 nachten hier geslapen. We kregen een kamer op de 1e verdieping. Lopend via het galerij naar onze kamer kijken we uit naar de (achter)buren. Daar zagen we een put van ongeveer 7 meter in diameter en ongeveer 5 meter diep met daarin groen gekleurde water. En het ruikt ook nog niet erg fris. Het resort is voor ons gevoel kleiner dan wat wij verwachten. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, omdat er geen parasols aanwezig waren. Zwembad ligt ongeveer half midden op het terrein. Ook was er geen ontbijt. We kunnen volgens de receptie bij de naastgelegen hotel ontbijten, maar dat hebben we vriendelijk afgeslagen. De afstand naar Jomtien Beach is ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. Maar er is een shuttle bus, dus is wel erg handig om daar gebruik van te maken. Receptie personeel is erg vriendelijk en spreekt redelijk Engels.
