It has a beautiful patio. It was quiet and in a saf neighborhood, near 3 metro stops. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast. The breakfast was crowded one morning, but still fine.

A VERY AFFORDABLE STAY IN A CLEAN SAFE HOTEL. THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT, ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THE TINY WINDING STAIRCASE LEADING TO OUR ROOM. DIFFICULT TO MANAGE WITH THE LUGGAGE, BUT STAFF WAS ON HAND TO ASSIST AND IT IS VERY FRENCH AFTER ALL. MERCI.

This is a gem of a hotel! First off, it’s located at walking distance from 3 metro stations. The rooms are spacious and with a kitchenette fully equipped- there are many supermarkets around should you want to save some money on meals. If cooking is not for you, there’s plenty restaurants around. The staff at the hotel is courteous and super helpful, there’s a buffet breakfast available- the only drawback is that the menu is the same every day. We loved our stay at Le Patio Bastille, I highly recommend it!

Tranquil setting close to metro stations and restaurants. Very professional, polite and helpful staff. Would rate it better than a 3 star and would definitely stay there again. Only let down was the buffet breakfast choice which was limited and the selection wasn't replenished.

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. There was a good selection for the breakfast buffet. The courtyard was very nice. The room was quiet. There was a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it was tolerable. I would stay here again.

The property itself (lobby, garden, layout, etc.) is beautiful. The first room they put us in was in quite poor condition, notably peeling wallpaper directly above the bed and an extremely old, uncomfortable spring mattress. The property didn't acknowledge the Expedia VIP program at first but when pushed by Expedia after I noted this fact they did offer a welcome gift and upgraded us to a much nicer room with a much more comfortable bed.

Situated close to metro [besides Taxi/Uber/Walking this is the best travel option in Paris]. We got a nice small room with access to coffee shops and restaurants. Staff is very nice and does accommodate English.

The hotel is perfectly positioned, close to the Metro, and several restaurants. It's quaint, beautiful courtyard and the concierge is so accommodating and mindful of your needs. The tough part is the walls are thin, everything can be heard, and I mean everything can be heard, also the hot water can run out in the mornings. As a reminder it's quaint, and just the vintage beauty type hotel.

Staff was great . Location great. Phenomenal breakfast buffet. Larger room and bath than others we have had. The walls seemed a little thin or our neighbors were a bit noisy but a knock on the wall and they were courteous. Nice courtyard. Provided newspapers which seemed like a luxury. Had a tub/shower which also seemed a luxury.

Family of 4 had a great time.
Family of 4 and had a great stay at le patio. The room was in good condition with good AC and well stocked kitchenette. Front desk staff were great and helped me out with an unexpected reservation as well as booking a late night airport shuttle. They spoke great english. Breakfast was ok. Close to several metros, a supermarket and great restaurants but location is kinda sketchy at night. Parking is possible but nervewracking and should be avoided at all costs. Also, most rooms on upper floor are not accessible by elevator, so request one on the hround floor if stairs are an issue. Overall, this was a fantastic find and a great deal considering paris prices and how easy it was to get around. Will definitely stay again if im ever back in paris.

Well the pictures look amazing, got a Jr Suite! You couldn’t secure the door without looking yourself in, for me that’s an issue because what we had to evacuate? Plus it was like a window where people walking by could see in! The floor felt sunken, it smelt like musk! Our A/C would always go to standby! The breakfast area was small and very limited in selection, almost better to walk down the street for food! The front desk was awesome though, nice and friendly! The courtyard always smelt like cigarette smoke! The fridge was leaking! The stairs had several dog poops on it, who doesn’t clean up after their dog? Ok, I’m done. Probably not going back to this place.

We had a family emergency happen literally a day before our travels to Paris for our honeymoon. Due to the dire circumstances, we had to cancel our trip and all the activities we had bought. Given our circumstances, other places we booked made exceptions to give us a refund, except for this place of business. They made no effort to contact us to offer us hotel booking for a later time (we are rescheduling honeymoon for spring 2020) nor did they offer a refund, or even partial refund. We ate close to $600 and no reimbursement whatsoever. We would have stayed with them in spring 2020 when we go there, but we will not be giving them our business.

Really good stay for the family , very clean
We had really good experience in this hotel. Hotel location is 5 km far from city center but you can easily manage with the Metro and bus. When we reached there hotel was very clean and we got the all amminities which is described. Hotel has Air conditioner which is really great as when we reached Paris the weather was too hot. Staff is also helpful during trip advice.Overall we had good experiences.

The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful! The room was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Only 2 areas that could have been better are that the air conditioner kept switching off during the night so we had to turn it back on every few hours. Also, the bed was very hard and that caused some back and hip pain.
