The worst mattress I have ever had to sleep on. Springs or coils were completely compressed leaving the mattress with huge deformations and craters where your upper body lies. My head was lower than my feet. Could hardly sleep a wink and had it not been so late when I got to my room I would have asked to change rooms. I booked this room for two nights with my girlfriend staying there both days/nights and me the second night. She’s very modest and didn’t tell me till that night I was able to come in from work and sleep there. You do not want to sleep in room 323 unless they have swapped this mattress out. Everything else was as it’s supposed to be. Clean room and sheets.

Rooms very clean and nice. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was great and very clean area. I was very pleased with my stay.

Had no hot water for the shower in room one, switched to another room and had almost no water pressure. Not. Good experience.

Don’t stay there.
The rooms are outdated. The beds were rocks. Bathroom had drywall bubbled and peeling off from a water leak. Not worth the $150 I paid and will never stay there again.

Poor
Customer service was excellent but due to the fact of everything else, I would give him a pour of view. The hot tub was f****** dirty, the paint was pilling in the hot tub and we asked for towels each day we were there. The room service would not bring them to us. We had to go to the front desk and get them every time. Our trash was not emptied. Nobody seemed to care about cleaning the rooms at all. So I would never go back there again. Unless they up there stuff and get things taken care of especially with a hot tub. I took my ground babies in it and. Paint was peeling and it was dirty and muggy and gross.

Wont go back.
Everything was broke. Hot tub, ice machine, and washer. Bed was hard. The pool area smelled very strong of chlorine. I went up the customer service and told hem the hot tub was ice cold and they said oh yeah it needs a thermostat. No signs on the door or anywhere

I was told that management would contact me about my stay. Manager’s card I was given is Anna by an employee named Anna, at the front desk. I stayed for one night, June 25th. The tub wasn’t draining properly and the sink at the wet bar was constantly dripping no matter how many failed attempts I made at stopping it’s drip, so that I could sleep. Luckily I had two beds and 8 pillows to choose from because there were unidentifiable hairs and fibers on the bedding. Drip-drip-drop was keeping me wide awake though, so I went downstairs and requested a new room. I lost atleast an hour of valuable rest time, dealing with the inconveniences of the room and transporting all of my things to the new one. It was ridiculous. And to not even hear from management..it’s unacceptable. Thanks but never again!!!

I’d absolutely stay here again
Only could get ice on second floor. The sign in the hallway on floor 3 says Ice Machine, laundry and vending machines. Washer didn’t work, ice machine didn’t work and zero vending machines

Staff was friendly. The hotel was clean and their breakfast was good with more options than most hotels I’ve been to. I was very pleased with my stay, the only issues I had was the hot tub was out of order (that was why I booked that hotel) and the bed was pretty firm.

We arrived and were cordially greeted, our tv did not work and called the desk several times and told to call the desk when the manager arrives, he arrived when we were checking out. We had two fire alarms go off very early in the morning.

We recently stayed at this hotel twice actually on our way to/from Colorado. After a long day's drive this hotel was a safe, clean oasis and we enjoyed relaxing in our clean comfortable room. All the public areas were appealing, tidy and clean. The pool/hot area was also very clean and nice. The breakfast was good...the food was displayed in an organized, clean appetizing way with many choices. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Shower was poor with difficulty regulating water and the wand was useless. We were in the handicap room and the shower floor was very slick. If you were not handicapped before, you had a good chance after showering.
