Great location. Easy freeway access and plenty of restaurants Nearby. Staff was very polite and responsive.

I like the hotel. it's 20 mins drive from the parks. room was clean and they offer free cookies :)

This was a great clean place to stay at. The only thing is They make you put down a $300 deposit with no warning. Besides that good place.

We had a wonderful stay as always! The staff is wonderful, the food is so fresh, the hotel is clean, beds are so comfy, parking is abundant and convenient, and the cookies are delicious!

Decent Stay
Overall a decent place to stay in Fullerton. The restaurant is understaffed and it will take a long time if there are many guests to dine in. The staff is very courteous and try to manage the expectations. The bathroom showers are pretty low and its difficult for a tall person to take bath right under the shower. Also the shower has a very cramped space. Place is neatly maintained with a well stocked bar and a decent covered parking.

The staff were helpful, professional, friendly, and just awesome. We had a wonderful visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Too noisy
It's a very noisy location so be prepared for a poor night's sleep. The room is fine and the pool was out of order.

Worse double tree?
The receptionist, who checked me in was awful, had no people in line, so there was no reason for her to not give me the proper directions to the room, or what the facility entitled, or even the complementary cookie Definitely like in the DoubleTree experience

The hotel is in an odd location. We arrived at 9:00 pm and for such an updated hotel, they made us walk out to our car alone at night in the dark for a parking pass. We were leaving at 5:00 am so I asked if really needed due to lack of safety in the area to walk out alone. They told me yes. When I mentioned that none of the other cars had them on their dash, they were unconcerned They did offer water but it was warm and there were no ice machines. Lastly to be fair the rooms although nicely de orated and updated were very worn and stained. Carpet, tile etc. I am a frequent traveler and pretty fair minded but will not stay here again.

The guy that check us in was cold and wasn't friendly at all. He didn't even offer a welcome cookie. And the other guy who check us out was very rude and unprofessional, he was on the phone when I get there and he was eating something because he was chewing. and when I ask him if they have a cookie because my daughter remember about it that they didn't gave us when we checked in. he grabbed the cookie but he didn't even say a single word when I say thank you. I know its just a cookie but thats not the point here, if you work in that kind of job you have to be professional and accommodating.
