Our stay would have been perfect but the hotel somehow was having hot water problems. We literally took cold showers this morning. There was a sign at the front desk saying that they were aware and working on it but that is still a major disappointment.

The check in staff was pleasant. The room and property looked nice and clean. However, we only stayed five hours because continually felt bugs biting while in bed. After not being able to sleep, got up at 330 am, showered and left property. Did pass information on to the front desk clerk who continued to explained it might be just “dry skin”. I explained she might want to pass on to house cleaning for inspection and fumigation. Probably an isolated incident but unfortunate.

Clean, comfortable and kind staff!

We stayed here for one night on a Saturday for the Taylor Swift concert at GEHA and we were very satisfied with our stay! Location was convenient to the stadium and had everything needed very close. The hotel was comfortable and clean and Cynthia and Tim at the front desk went above and beyond to help us get into our room so we could get to the concert in a timely manner.

The hotel is starting to show its wear and tear. Disappointing that they’ve maintained the lobby, but not the guest rooms or fitness space.

It was a clean place. Pool and hottub were nice! Easy options to walk to eat. Fitness center had everything I needed. Room were big and spacious and most importantly, clean!

Love your hotel, very classy and close to many nice restaurants. Please upgrade your TV’s, you need bigger HD TV’s to be congruent with your fine hotel.

This hotel was a backup plan for the Doubletree, which was sold out. Now, it’s my new go to for Olathe. The Hilton Garden Inn seems fairly new, with a modern shower and a very comfortable bed. Eco conscious allows for room cleaning only if you wish. Staff is helpful and friendly. Great place to stay, and quiet, too, right near a busy section of the city.

Nice location

The check-in experience was not exceptional. Asked for early check-in and was told they just couldn't accommodate us. We sat in the lobby patiently waiting for 2 hours. Nothing. Then a larger soccer team arrives and they start checking them in. We were then checked in after them. Both my husband and I have worked in the hotel industry. We find it hard to believe that ONE room wasn't cleaned and ready prior to normal check-in time. The room itself was nice. They need to upgrade and/or replace the bed pillows. Location is very convenient with decent food selections nearby.
