Didn't like distance to rooms. Whenever I left and returned had to walk all the way back to front desk no access to room. Was told battery went out on the lock. Almost ruined trip, I have screws in my back.

It was really close to the venue for my daughter's cheer competition. I was happy with the restraunt in the hotel and the indoor pool was very nice. The hotel itself was spaced very nice and I couldn't hear anyone from the rooms around us. 10/10

All the rooms around us were partying all night long and after complaining twice nothing was ever done about it. All night doors were slamming, yelling and loud music.

Check out time is 11, and not noon as listed. Breakfast costs $5 per person, and there is no arcade as advertised. It was clean, conveniently located, and night staff was helpful.

Convenient, easy parking, and great water pressure. Cleanliness was subpar. Fridge needed wiped out, light switches were filthy, door was also filthy, bathrooms run down, and carpeting in hallways needs replaced. Also the breakfast is awful. I’ve been staying at this hotel every March for last 7 or 8 years. Breakfast is usually ok, but this year was horrible! Staff was great though.

Our bathroom had mold in three spots around the tub. Brought it to the staffs attention and said we couldnt get a different room and basically shrugged us away. Utility doors in the hallway were literally falling apart and almost a hazard to those walking by. I dont have high standards for hotels but i do expect there to be no mold. Very disappointed and easily the worst hotel we have stayed at.

Property is not very clean on the outside and not very manicured on back side of property. Doors were hard to close and some falling apart. There were roaches all in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t working properly. Television was not working well either.

Interesting place, old but clean and updated. Has a nice restaurant and bar. Very convenient to the airport but beware of the shuttle driver. I have no evidence and I was running late so I risked the ride but I believe she was very stoned.

Half the building key card doors was exit only to building we was in. That made it difficult commuting bck and forth with person thats handicapped. Yet theres handicapped parking at those key card doors.

The room wasn’t bad except for the sheets were dirty/stained, but the hallways were incredibly dirty and had a bad odor. The parking lot was incredibly uneven and held water everywhere.

This property isn’t in a very good area. Staff weren’t friendly. They reuse shampoos/conditioners if they haven’t been emptied. Walls are paper thin and you can hear all noise from other guests beside and above you. Had other guests playing pool until 3am and smoking weed in the lobby, not allowing the other guests to sleep with no actions taken by staff. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
