Excellent front of house staff, spotlessly clean, great shower, and excellent rooftop bar! Some sketchy people hanging out under the scafffolding near the hotel but that is everywhere in NYC and they are not dangerous at all.

Overall an amazing stay! - exceptionally designed hotel - great room, comfortable bed, AWESOME VIEW (stayed once on the 17th and once on the 19th floor) - affordable and tasty breakfast - staff was really kind and always helpful! For me, the perfect hotel during my one week trip to NYC! Highly recommended!

Citizen M has smaller rooms but you can’t beat the location or price. Our room was clean and modern and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Citizen M is a well thought out designer hotel! Ty, Larry and Mr. Trevor were all excellent at the front desk. They were friendly, informative and a pleasure to see every day. The rooms have everything needed and some! We will definitely be back soon.

Great hotel, especially basement area for breakfast, working, coffee. Very cool and relaxed vibe. Close to Soho for great shopping. Rooms a little small but fine for solo travellers/two at a push.

The beds are comfortable and the location was right for my visit but the very best thing about this hotel is the staff - everyone from the check in to the bar staff were nice and helpful. Particular mention to Yaya on the front desk who was super friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.

I’ve stayed at this location three times and I will go back every time. The rooms aren’t super large but they have everything you need and it’s in a great location where everything is just a quick subway ride away. The staff is incredibly friendly and the rooftop bar is a great way to end the night!

Die Freundlichkeit und der Service des Personals ist wirklich hervorragend. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Das Zimmer ist für New Yorker Verhältnisse groß genug. Die Umgebung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (die Bowery Mission ist in unmittelbarer Nähe) aber aus meiner Sicht sicher. Die U-Bahn Anbindung ist gut. Einige Linien sind gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel absolut empfehlen.

Amazing hotel right near Soho. The lobby is so cool and inviting and the rooftop bar is beautiful with incredible views! The rooms are small but the beds are comfy and there is enough room to move around. Great stay! We will be back!

The property is located very conveniently to everywhere we wanted to go (Soho, Noho). Every staff member was nice and helpful, the rooms were modern, clean, simple, and best of all - quiet.

I can't say enough about this hotel! I went with my wife for our wedding anniversary and it was a celebration! The views, the rooftop, the staff, decoration.. everything was perfect and I can't think about a better place to celebrate and stay. You can do a lot of different things within a walkable distance. We are definitely planning our next trip soon!

Very happy with the comfort of the room - exceptionally well laid out. The location, for us, was perfect and very near all the activities and dining we were interested in. Loved the canteen/lounge downstairs - coffee, drinks, food (if you wanted it) was available with very friendly barristas and bar tenders. The rooftop lounge was also an exceptional space and gave customers a place to go with wonderful views.

The bartender and staff at Cloud M were extremely RUDE when I spent $400 during a time they’d otherwise be very slow midday Saturday in winter. The front desk staff and downstairs bartender were gracious, accommodating, welcoming and hospitable.
