I arrived Monday, March 25-29th and the 1st thing I did not like was the check in process. It took over an hour to check on.
Secondly, once arrived in the room and settled the bathroom was used. Right away there was a toilet issue! It barely flushed! Called front desk assuming our room would be changed and it wasn't! Instantly annoyed and frustrated that we've paid a pretty penny to be here and not instantly accommodated. Maintenance came and it was barely fixed. Someone came to room after midnight because we couldn't flush. And we still weren't given a new room. Only was told to wait until the maintenance manager arrives in the morning. Now, it's Tuesday morning and he comes and switches a part on the toilet. All is good! ...for a little while. Unfortunately, it barely flushed again! At this point I'm over it and want my money back or a new room. My husband figured most of the rooms were the same and didn't want to bother switching and have same problem 😕 Now it's Wednesday morning and we want to travel to see family on the island but have to wait for maintenance before we can get kids ready and use the restroom etc. This is when we were told we could possibly get a room change but we left for the day and never heard anything about it again. After he fixed toilet it will work for 2-3 flushed then back up again! When we reached out room after traveling for the day of course what happened....it was backed up again! I called desk about 1 am and asked for a plunger.
