Condition of rooms is pretty average, it’s a bit outdated. Very limited amenities in the room. Also bear in mind there is no phone in the room, so for any request you’d need to go to the reception.

Wir hatten eine Familiensuite gebucht. Für einen 3-tägigen Aufenthalt (2 Erw. mit Hund) zahlten wir 353 Euro. Dafür bekamen wir ein Zimmer direkt ggü. dem Fahrstuhl. In der 2. Etage mit halbem Moselblick, halbem Edeka-Blick. Zunächst die positiven Dinge: das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad halbwegs modern mit nur kleineren Macken. Nun zu den Dingen, die wir nicht mochten: es gab keinen 2. Zimmerschlüssel, keine Card, das ganze Zimmer war mit ollem Teppich ausgelegt, dem man die Jahre ansah. Der wurde mit Hund bei Regenwetter auch nicht schöner im Laufe des Aufenthaltes... aber das wäre kein Problem, denn in einem Hotel sollte es ja einen täglichen Zimmerservice geben. Trotz aufgehängtem Serviceschild (2x) kam kein Zimmerservice. Der Teppich blieb dreckig, die Betten ungemacht. Es gab kein Telefon, keinen Kühlschrank. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, nur einen Wasserkocher mit 2xKaffee, keinem Tee. Einmal Wasser p.P. war vorhanden. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht probiert. Im Ganzen empfehlen wir das Hotel nicht weiter. Ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte überhaupt nicht.

Complessivamente una buona struttura. Il parcheggio potrebbe essere gratuito considerando che è all'aperto, non costudito e distante dall'ingresso dela struttura. Suggerisco di sostituire l'ascensore che non ha un'aspetto allo stesso livello della struttura.

Service is getting worse
This morning the reception was empty tried to call someone but nobody was there so I had to leave the keys at the empty desk I’m a return guest this has never been the case before The executive room does not correspond to the minimum of the 4* hotel

Bad internet in some rooms
I've booked an executive room just to have better internet as internet is not good on superior room, I'm a return guest and I'm amazed that the room (311) furniture is not as usual no place to put the luguage etc... the equipement og the room is not corresponding to the executive rooms staff has also changed not for the better, there's no 24 hrs reception available and unfortunatly now even for business trips you have to pay city taxe in Trier

Séjour passable, hôtel en zone commerciale
Hôtel très excentré, situé au cœur d’une zone commerciale, à éviter par les voyageurs qui comme moi arrivent en train et ne sont pas véhiculés, d’autant que le week end le service de bus de la ville est très perfectible. Un passage glauque sous la voie express permet de rejoindre l’arrêt de bus en passant par le parking du Lidl mais il nécessite d’utiliser la clé de la chambre. Perte de temps énorme donc pour rejoindre le centre où pour revenir chercher sa valise avant de rejoindre la gare. Buffet de petit déjeuner proposé à 20€ (donc refusé), personnel tout juste aimable. Une grosse araignée au dessus du lit. Pas du tout les standards d’un 4 étoiles français.

It was a great stay! The rooms are clean and the staff are helpful! Charging port for electric cars area vailable!

Väldigt fint hotell med bästa läget vid Mosel! Trevlig personal och väldigt rymliga rum. Stor nackdel var dock att det inte fanns AC och det var 35 grader varmt ute, inte kul. Allt annat var jättebra, frukosten mycket bra!
