The property was so conveniently located to the places we wanted to go. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. A very pleasant stay

I had some difficulty with booking an accessible room. I booked a room with two Queen size beds in December for March. The day before, I got a call saying this was not available. They changed to a King size bed that was supposed to have a pull out couch, but when we arrived it did not. We were three people. The front desk manager nicely compensated us for the inconvenience.

I was traveling to attend a three day event at bell center. It felt like they gave me the worst room in the hotel because of how loud it was. They assigned me a room near the elevator (I’ve never run into such a loud elevator before). Between the loud elevator, the hallways being packed during the day because of the conference and people loudly walking by my room talking when I was trying to fall asleep, I would not stay there again. There was a conference going on during my stay which was surprisingly annoying. On a Friday (I think Saturday too) there was a line of 50-100 people lined up presumably for the conference outside my hotel room door. It felt very awkward and left me feeling like I had no privacy. It made getting around the hotel really annoying and I’m surprised it’s not considered a fire code violation (I’m from NYC where the fire code would never the hallways to be that packed).

Our stay started out fairly well on Saturday. The pool area, jacuzzi and sauna were a nice amenity which would've been nice if not for shrieking children. There wasn't a time where the pool was not occupied with kids (noon, afternoon or night) unfortunately.
Took a nap on Saturday and was awoken by construction/drilling what seemed to be above our unit (we were in 1403).
Next morning I was waking up and my partner was about to come out of the shower when a couple of men were outside our window (seemed to be for construction purposes) inspecting the building and smoking cigarettes. They stayed there for the next 20 mins. It would've been nice to receive a call from reception that our privacy would be affected.
Eventually they worked on a different area and I was able to close the blinds.
Overall I wasn't super impressed by this stay and will try a new accommodation next time.
Hotel staff need to be more communicative about issues that come up or invasions of privacy.

Super close to the main train station and metro to get around the city if you need to. Wish there were more family friendly restaurants in the area as the hotel restaurant was quite busy and couldn’t seat us at the moment.
The hotel is nice, pool is great as well love that it is heated. The room was nice although I did find some dust hanging from the lights and took care of that. But it was overall a good experience.

Stayed for 1 night comfortably. Front desk gentleman was friendly but not "friendly". Toilet in bathroom handle was broken. Great stay otherwise. Will be back.

Really enjoyed the outdoor heated pool, took the metro to china town and walked all around. Excellent experience, would definitely recommend it if you enjoy swimming outside and access to great eating options.

We love going to this hotel. We live in the city and love making it out ritual to do a staycation here. For the price, it's really nice quality, and location.

Hormis le temps pour avoir du service au restaurant en soirée, expérience bien agréable pour le prix que nous avons payé.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel.
Great location, very clean, friendly staff and loved the outdoor heated pool. Would definitely recommend and be back with the whole family.
