Dear Joshua,We do apologize for your lack of internet service during your stay.To be clear we do have redundancy for our internet (both local ISP and Starlink) because we know how vital this service is to our guests. Unfortunately we had an electrical storm which destroyed both systems and we were in the midst of public holidays (Emancipation and Independence ) which slows repair service time.Having said that we did drop the proverbial ball as you could have connected at our villa across the street where service was still working. This option should have been explained more properly to you and we do take responsibility for that. We note that like many other guests you were pleased with the property, views and breakfasts, we do regret that the storm destroyed our internet service during your stay (which by the way is now running fine again) and hope you will give us a chance to serve you again.
