I always stay here when I come back to Mitchell, but this time it was not so hot. Breakfast is awful. NO effort in it at all. Room was clean but bathroom was freezing and heater in room kept turning off. Around the pool was neglected. Day time attendant wanted to hold an ID from my kids to play putt putt golf. This is, after they had my credit card on file for incidentals. Very few employess (I get that no one wants to work) THe gentleman that checked us in was VERY nice and very professional even when stating he was working alone. HOWEVER the next day the attendant at desk with a walker was very short and was very rude to another empolyee. THey proceeded to stand and fight infront of me and other customers about a broken pop machine. Not cool. The first hot tub was cold and the second was very dirty. I was very dissapointed in our stay and will think twice about staying here again.

The room itself was very tired, needs to be redone, especially he bathroom although everything worked. The heater was very loud cycling n and off. On the lus side the bed and pillows were supportive and comfortable. The sign looks like it is on its last legs

One star may be stretching it
Not impressed, very dirty and unkept. First time in my life I felt dirtier after I took a shower than when I went in. Honesty would not stay here again even if it were free.

We enjoyed are stay for a wedding there. Very clean nice bed. Don't plan on having a breakfast or a good cup of coffee. That is my only complaint.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!Everything from check in to check out was bad. Drove right by the place becuase it was completely dark, sign doesnt work and parking lots all dark. Felt very unsafe trying to get to our room as we had to enter in the back of the building in the dark. No restaurant or hot breakfast provided. Grab and go was a frozen honey bun, bottle of water, orange and english muffin. Big gaps under room doors so very noisy. Carpet was disgusting. Kept shoes on entire time. Beds are lumpy and make lots of noise. We requested our room to be cleaned and was told it would be. Returned at 8pm to a dirty room and no towels. No one wore name tags so have no idea who helped us. Hot tub and pool area was very dirty. Front desk lady was very rude and unhelpful when we called down to let her know our room wasnt cleaned. Will never stay here again.

The room was clean. Staff was polite. Price point was good. Property needs some updates for certain. Remote for TV worked for channel changing but not to turn TV on and off or for volume. Restaurant/bar was closed and that was the main reason I chose this location is for convenient dinner and a couple drinks. No phone in room, which did not impact me, but others might care to know. Very mediocre establishment, but you have a clean place to lay your head and the staff is top notch.

This was a very poor upkeep. We had people smoking right outside the room. There were very poor amenities. Over all not a great experience.

The bar was closed. The place was hard to find! The signs were not up, so it looked like the place was out of business. We drove past it twice and then finally took a chance, but I thought the place was closed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a grab and go bag due to covid. Overall not a great place to stay, but nothing terribly wrong either. It had an arcade for kids and the pool looked nice, but I got in late and didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The parking lot area was huge, but not many cars. I hope they get their signs fixed and the place cleaned up a bit and it will be a great hotel again.

The property really looks run down when I got there there's only a few cars in the parking lot and obviously the outside could use a good coat of paint and some updating. The rooms could use some updating too. The staff person at front was very nice.

Bathroom was dirty, tiles not caulked, hallway reeked of chlorine. Staff at reception desk was rude, warned me in a bad tone that if I broke anything, stole anything, smoked in the room I would be charged. I will never book a Ramada again.

Facilities were very outdated and substandard. It looked as though the facility had been partially renovated but needed a lot more work. Staff took frever to get people checked in. There was no elevator. Bar was closed. Tough to want to go back

When we arrived, the sign for the facility was missing and the facility is not well lit or marked, we drove past twice before we realized it was the right place. There were 2ppl at the desk, one doing nothing and the other was arguing with a patron on the phone, the clerk doing nothing had us wait for the other guy to check us in after he was done arguing, putting him in an off mood checking us in. The room was clean and updated, although there was a random door that locked from the outside.

Its due for updates and the updates they have done are of very poor quality. New tiles falling off the wall. Cheap carpet. Border around the top of the wall is coming off.

Pool and mini golf area fun for kids, people that work there are super nice. Need better bathroom cleaning - previous guest’s hair still everywhere! Two of the six pillow cases appeared stained.

This is definitely an old hotel that has had some upgrades. There currently is no sign out front which was weird. But my king room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Simple, but relatively inexpensive and efficient.

The property looks so run down. Both Ramada signs were broken, the paint job and wallpaper looks sloppy, the carpet was newer but wasn’t finished around the edges. We didn’t use the pool or hot tubs. The water didn’t look very clear and clean but could have been the lighting at the time. Our room was next to the hall door and it had a push handle the was extremely squeaky. The tv seemed very small for the room and there were office lights on our ceiling that seemed very out of place. There was a door that locked from the other side that I have no idea where it went to. The suit door needed some paint as well as the door to the outside. The a/c worked great, beds and pillows very comfy. Plenty of parking even with the wedding reception in the conference room. Overall it was ok for the price of our room compared to other places. This place has so much potential so hopefully updates and repairs can be done.

Not bad not great. Front desk folks were very nice. Room lacked mini fridge/microwave which is pretty standard now so that was a downfall. Room was clean and comfortable but very noisy, I could hear the hallway doors opening and closing all night long and people talking both inside the hallways and outside the hotel clearly. TV was a bit small for how far from the bed it was, room could use some upgrades. Room was also not tidied up, bed made, towels and toiletries replaced etc. daily, but it was tidy on arrival. Pool area was nice and mini golf was a fun plus, but the chlorine smell was pretty strong. Hotel has a bar/restaurant but it was closed indefinitely. Hotel is convenient to gas stations, a couple of restaurants and I90. I would stay again but I would not consider this a 3 star hotel due to being dated, the noise, and lack of room amenities.

Pros: Pool was big, nice area to hang out, had mini golf for entertainment. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Parking lot was huge and near many restaurants. Cons: Neither key worked when we got to the door with our hands full (and they were not near my cell phone), When we got into the room, we didn't have a shower curtain - we had to go to the front desk and ask because the phone in the room didn't work to call them. The restaurant is shut down. There are two hot tubs which is great but they were dirty - bugs on top of water and film.

Find another hotel
We got in late after driving 15 hrs, just wanted to shower & get some sleep. When we pulled in it looked very old. We checked in & walking to our room, it stunk. Got into the room- it was nasty. The carpet was all sticky& worn. The bathroom was so small that you couldn't open the door all the way because the toilet was in the way. Only 1 hand towel & 1 washcloth. There was an outlet at the base of the curtains w/o a plug cover on it- fire code violation! Then therel was a wet puddle of something on the stand in front of the tv. We slept & got out of there 1st thing this morning. We'll shower at the next stop
