It was nice. Nothing fancy or new but very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is great, it's a few blocks away from the noise of downtown and very close to sea glass beach. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The attention and service as excellent. We stayed in the cottage and the room itself was nice, small but big enough for two people. The bed was not very comfortable, it was almost too hard and it moves ALOT. You feel every movement your partner makes during the night. There is no A/C or fan in the room, the windows do open but there isn't much of a breeze so it can get very stuffy even at 60 degrees.

We are on the coast no one here in Fort Bragg has A/C. Its called Glass Beach not sea glass beach. The beds are middle of the road not too soft or too firm Serta perfect sleeper. Can not do much about the breeze.

Perfect Winter Stay
The area of Ft. Brag is just generally amazing, but our winter vacay at the Glass Beach Inn made it even more so. A lovely room, nice landlords, wonderful breakfasts, and lots of time to visit the Skunk Train, Glass Beach, local breweries, and just generally lie in bed listening to the ocean, the rain, and relaxing.

Room was listed as a deluxe queen suite. But it was a converted one car garage in the back An old motor home was parked outside our door. The bathroom was very tiny and old. The room was old and depressing. The area was not in the best part of town. We did not stay. It was awful!

Interesting. !. It has never been a garage. 2. the motor home is brand new it is parked 40ft. across the parking lot. 3. the bathroom was remodeled 2 yrs. ago It has bathtub with shower, new toilet hi-rise, new linoleum, new sheetrock and paint, fixtures. 4 the room itself has new carpet, new flat screen tv, new couch, refrig. 5.the room has been repainted with crown molding, 6.we are on main st. in the best part of town. 7.we have a lot of families and single customers who stay with us and tell we have a safe inn to stay. They can walk downtown day or night. 8. we do not understand her compliant. If she would have contacted us on arrival we would have addressed the issues. 9.we resent the statement. It is false and hurtful.

We will be back!
The Glass Beach Inn was an ideal bed and breakfast for a long weekend getaway. The room was a good size and the private bathroom was much better than sharing as with other b&b’s that we’ve staying in. Breakfast was VERY good and the hosts were so very friendly and accommodating. The best endorsement we can offer is to say that next time we travel to the area we will stay there again!

The owners couldn't be nicer or more accommodating -- they are gems. We've stayed twice in the rooms off the back, which are comfortable, but where the WiFi doesn't work that well. The breakfast is abundant and good and the location is very central.

Old fashioned, but very friendly hosts. The "frontage" of Fort Bragg itself is likely in a transitional phase, post the closure of the lumber facilities.

our first visit, we were a tiny bit disappointed in what Ft Bragg had to offer. Spent an entire day down in Mendocino, was lovely as was the day we spent up in the Redwoods.

Hotel close to glass beach and interesting places
Even though the temperature was a record high for that area and at a peak tourist season for the Labor Day weekend , we had a very nice, enjoyable and relaxing time. The scenery was beautiful and you could experience a small town feeling without being rid of a metropolitan luxury.

Great Innkeepers and nice B & B
We had to arrive a little late but Nancy waited up for us. Gave us a choice of rooms and was accommodating in every way. Very comfortable and charming home. Had a wonderful full breakfast prepared by Richard. We really enjoyed getting to know them both and the town.

Quaint stay at a B&B
This was such a wonderful alternative to your basic hotel stay. Rich and Nancy are so full of good information! Breakfast made by Rich was A+! Easy walk to restaurants and some shopping. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay
Quaint b + b with a variety of rooms with different themes, some larger than others, but all with their own bath and clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are fantastic! Richard, Nancy and Barbara are all lovely people, and the place feels like home. Location is central to lots of beaches, museums and restaurants, and a quick drive to Mendocino.

Fun home away from home!
The owners were just great! The location couldn't be better located, we walked to everything and only drove to go on big hikes. Having a homemade breakfast was also a big plus and it was very good with fresh fruit, juices, coffee and always you could choose the main big breakfast. Our room & bathroom was a bit small but I think you could get a bigger one if requested. All in all a real nice place to stay.

The owners are super friendly and very helpful in planning all activities around Fort Bragg. The hotel rooms are comfortable and the location is fantastic to walk to everywhere in town.

Sweetest couple running this place. They really made you feel welcome. The room was "cozy" small but we still had a nice time. Breakfast every morning made by Rich. Very informative about what's happening in their little town.

Cozy B&B close to the beach
Glass Beach Inn has cozy rooms with antique furniture and the feel of a British inn. The hosts are fantastic and make you feel right at home, and cook a mean breakfast too.

Very friendly and attentive inn keepers. We enjoyed hearty b.fasts, cooked to order. The room was clean but a bit musty and a bit run down. We enjoyed our stay at the Glass Beach Inn, but if you need luxury, it may disappoint.

Charming atmosphere, great hosts!
We stayed at the Glass Beach Inn for 3 nights and absolutely loved the experience. The hosts, Nancy and Richard, are wonderful people who genuinely care about the comfort of their guests. Nancy is so much fun to be around and can tell you everything about the area. Richard does the cooking and makes sure his guests have a great warm breakfast on which to start their day. Our room was charming, the bed was comfortable, and the living room is a great place to sit in the evening to read or relax. The location is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, or the Glass Beach. Nancy and Richard are the best!

Very nice option
The owners, Richard & Nancy, were absolutely wonderful. You get to pick the bedroom that you want and they fix a nice breakfast every morning. They gave us good input on some local places to try and made for a very nice stay. I gave the condition a 4 only because it is an older home with rather small bathrooms. However, each room does have it's own bathroom, which is nice.

Friendly and pleasant
Warm, friendly hosts, pleasant Victorian decor, delicious breakfast. This B&Bis is close to Glass Beach, a gorgeous place to walk. I would rate pretty much all the Fort Bragg hotels, motels, B&Bs down for neighborhood, however, because they're stretched out along busy Route 1 for several miles. A little poking off the main drag finds some pleasant shops, coffee places, and so forth. Don't miss the Botanical Garden!

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This B&B is a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.
