Great hotel with nice view. Nice to walk at the marina. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Room service was quick and also very professional. One thing to note, no free internet.
Hotel was beautiful. However, front desk was rude and unaccommodating . I would expect a better level of service from this hotel since you are paying good money for the room. Very disappointed.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a couples spa massage and a nice dinner at Cast & Plow overlooking the Marina. The sunset was beautiful and we had a room with a sunrise view. The staff was amazing and we received a complimentary dish of chocolate covered strawberries on arrival. The restaurant knew about our special evening and we were served complimentary desserts.

Phone in room not working - front desk staff said sorry with no resolve - can’t call down to get WiFi code and nothing in room. Tired room decor
You can hear every door opening and shutting around you, very noisy like in cheap motel.
Very limited food selection in restaurant. Only 1 restaurant.
Hard to walk anywhere too far from everything.
Very expensive parking at $60.
The room had only 1 robe for 2 people.
Cold room, heater didn’t work.
Really not 5 star hotel here beware
This hotel was perfect for the start of our US holiday. Really welcoming, great location, brilliant staff and great views.
The breakfasts here were off the scale and really enjoyed it. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff really great.
We took advantage of walking all the way to Santa Monica which we totally recommend but then we took an u er back to the hotel.
The marina area I could just sit wand watch the world go by all day here, it’s very relaxing.
Would definitely stay here again without doubt.
The pool and spa are great. The beds are comfortable. The internet connection is via the web and is wonky.
Most annoying is there is an additional $40/day resort fee when it isn’t a resort….
For a Ritz, 500 usd a night... stay at a marriott inn and order uber eats. You have hidden fees, pay for wifi, super expensive dining, and old rooms. I did NOT feel in a luxury hotel, save your money and time.
Very clean, but very dated. Other Ritz-Carlton hotels in major cities are much newer, larger rooms, larger showers, modern amenities. Parking is $55/day!
Stayed at the excutive suite for 2 night by paying 2.6k + parking $55 per night separately. It was low floor(2nd), Room was pretty nice but I felt it’s over pricef compared to the other Hotels with ones we’ve been. (for we travel a lot all over the world)
That’s why I give 4 stars.
Enough waters placed in a room, 2 bathrooms inside. A/C automatically turn off when the terrace’s door opens.
