We have a general system for the entire hotel so we cannot modify the AC/heating system individually for each client.In the Balearic Islands we have a law imposed by the government to control the maximum and minimum temperatures of AC and heating in hotels, for this reason and that the average temperature during the night is lower than the stipulated figures, it is not possible to activate AC.
