I like the convenience of getting to the hotel and closeness to family. I was disappointed that the whirlpool was not working and pool was not heated.

Family Trip
โพสต์เมื่อ 30 ธ.ค. 2023 บน HotelsTrip was okay. Bathroom smell like an old mop water. Hallways smelled like weed. Ac vents were broken. They are currently under construction but wasn’t mentioned during booking process. Elevators had pieces of carpet zip tied to the rails and the flooring was cracked and broken which was a huge safety hazard for kids. The heating element for the pool and jacuzzi was broken.
My last night, I ended up getting sick so I was stuck in the hotel all day. There was construction work being done the whole time so I couldn’t sleep because of the constant banging and noise.
Location is good but I will not return to hotel.
