However, we regret to hear about the challenges you faced with the rooftop access on New Year's Eve and the taxi reservation. We strive to provide clear communication regarding our policies and services. Our Rooftop bar is normally open for all guests until 23:00 pm; being the 31st December a special evening, the hotel hosted a private party for New Year’s Eve, with limited availability under reservation.Regarding the taxi service, we are sorry to hear that your car arrived late. Our front desk department assists our guests with taxi reservations, but it is not a service under our control.
