I should have examined the listing more closely as I was not expecting an exterior facing room. As a single female traveling alone I would never have chosen this purposefully. My room had been refurbished but you could see light streaming in around /under the door. The room definitely had an odor that I believe to be an attempt to cover up someone having smoked inside the room. The curtains and walls could use a good wash. Otherwise clean. Breakfast was minimal but they kept it well stocked. The most disturbing thing that happened was that I got locked out of my room and had my key rekeyed no questions asked by an attendant that I hadn't interacted with at all. Overall I wish I'd paid a few dollars more for in order to feel a bit safer and get a better night sleep.

I could not Fine the place for they have no signs showing were the property is. it took me one half hour to find it. It is behind another Motel and I just Luck out by going down a side street. When I went to check out they wouldn't give me a receipt and stated it's a three party and that your company had to give me a receipt which I have not received yet. I need it for the business and taxes. The breakfast was good but no meat which I never seen that happen in all my travels.

The staff at the front desk was friendly greeted me upon my arrival. He was attentive to my concerns and accompanied my request. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Didn’t understand why there was no meat available. 😊

It was fine overall.
Room 121: The sheets were soft and comfortable. The coffee was pretty bad. The bifold door on the closet would barely close. The light fixture in the bathroom had one bulb out and one that flickered on and off. Another lamp had a bulb out. Our stay was fine overall.

Grungy, old and smelly, no maintenance staff after 4 pm, loud all night with people coming and going outside your door, loud in the morning with cleaning staff dragging around cleaning carts VERY early in the morning, dirty sticky tv remote and channel guide, bedside lamp had a short where it came on or went off when I sat on the bed.

Bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Tv didn’t work and we were told “it has to warm up” but after 2 hours, we gave up.

Tub had rust peeling in tub . Draining water was slow. Iron was badly scratched. Staff was wonderful. Lobby area was clean . Food was fantastic!

I checked in around 530pm just to get my key cards. did not go to my room but went straight to the Liberty football game. After the game my wife and I went to our room opened the door and it had people in the room. Went to the front desk and gave him my keys and said why are they people in my room. Ended up getting put up in another room. Never again

Horrible…we did not stay! Got a full refund I would not recommend this at all. Front desk personnel was wonderful and totally understood and refunded with no questions

I have stayed here twice because of the convenience to Liberty University. The staff is very nice and friendly. The breakfast is great too. My only con is that the rooms need a lot of refreshing. The rooms are clean, but because they are old, bathrooms look dingy and dirty. Overall though, I recommend. Especially because of the staff.
