As you can read in our other reviews, our staff are extremely helpful and are always there for our guests. If there is any problem in the room - which can happen, even though we carefully check each room before check in - they will give their best to fix it immediately. From your review we take it that you did not tell our staff about these problems, which makes it difficult for us to make it right. We apologize for the inconveniences this caused you. The location of the Spa/Pool is clearly marked on all of our publications on- and offline. As there are no pools allowed on the peninsula due to UNESCO regulations, this is the closest location that we could possibly have. Thank you for your understanding.
