Alors endroit sublime au niveau de la flore du paysage l Les lits sont bons en dehors de ça a rien du tout pas de service,pas de piscine inaccessible pas de wifi . petit-déjeuner si vous avez de la chance vous en avez un. à la même chose avec le café loin de tout pas de service de locomotion ou si ils le veulent . malheureusement l'établissement est mal tenu. Mensonge sur les sites hôtel que ce soit booking Expedia tous au faux sur ce que cet hôtel propose

utter disgrace.
Where to start..... I arrived there to be told the following. 1.there was no WiFi 2.the room I booked was not available due to Electrical work but they had upgraded me 3.that room was not ready which I found hard to believe as they had told me that I was the only guest. 4.it took them an hour to get the room ready. 5.I walked carrying my heavy suitcase along a gravel path as far from the main building as possible. 6.the Air conditioning did not work and on checking there was no electricity to the lodge 7.the staff just stood looking at me and suggested I leave my bag and they would try and fix it. 8.I was then told the restaurant closed at 7.00pm and if I was in Luang Prabang after 7.00pm it would cost me $20 to get back in the minibus. 9.The place looked closed and run down. Should not be advertised as open. I had been here about two hours at this point and decided to leave. I do not expect to have to pay for a room that I had booked that they could not provide it. I emailed Hotels.com but still waiting to hear back.

Nice hotel. Close to the river and nature.
Service was poor. Room not cleaned and never a clean towel. Staff seemed very young and not experienced. Nice atmosphere but very poor service and food was hit and miss. Would not stay here again.

ジャングルの中のアットホームなリゾート
市街地からは少し離れていましたが、夜遅くにバンで2〜30分、20$ほどで行ってもらえました。 スタッフがフレンドリーで優しく、何よりジャングルの中のリゾートなので自然が好きな方は楽しめると思います。 森の中ですが清掃も行き届いており、ツインで予約しましたがコテージのダブルにグレードアップしてもらいました。 朝食はシンプルでしたが景色が良いのでより美味しく感じましたし、朝は象の散歩も見れました。 Wi-Fiはフロント付近でしか使えず電波も良くはありませんが、都会の喧騒から逃れてのんびりするのは最高のホテルです。 周りにうるさい繁華街もないのでとにかくのんびりできますし、そういった場所を求めている方にはぴったりだと思います。 空港への送迎もあり、フライトの時間を伝えると通常の送迎と時間を変えてくださりかなり融通のきくホテルでした。 とても気に入ったのでラオスに行くことがあれば是非また宿泊したいです。

Une belle surprise
On est soufflé par la beauté de la chambre. Malheureusement, les cloisons sont très minces et on entend très clairement le/la voisin(e). Prérable de séjourner au 2e étage, car j'entendais l'eau du 2e dans le renvoi de ma salle de bain,; ça a duré plusieurs heures - L Les heures pour manger ne sont des plus souples, et comme service, malgré leur gentillesse, on a vu mieux côté organisation. Le petit-déjeuner consistait en une omelette et et du pain blanc baguette, avec confiture. Pas de bacon, ou saucisses... Heures actuelles de bus: aller en ville à 11am- Ret: 6pm; Breakfast: 9:00- Dinner: 6pm. Pas pratique; j'ai raté le diner du soir car le bus est arrivé juste. Pas de lampe de chevet. Internet inexistant dû aux montagnes!
