Lasciate perdere . Bagno in corridoio . Doccia maleodorante . Stanza fredda . Letto matrimoniale minuscolo. Soffitto con macchie d umidità. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza alla stazione Victoria.

Incheckningen tog 30min pga analog hantering och receptionen låg i en annan byggnad. Rummet luktar avlopp

Ei vastannut läheskään 3 tähden hotellia. Epämukava, epäsiisti, hometta ja likaa siellä täällä. Hirveä haju..

Good location nice staff but awful smell and facilities, water heater was not working in the first room I was given then I had to complain and it got changed. Room had very dirty carpet didn’t step my bare foot on the floor. Worst experience ever for a hotel room.

Booked the hotel minutes before we arrived. Staff were extremely friendly and very generous. The room we were given had all the amenities needed for a stop over and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Eaton. The location is great and the staff very friendly.
My Worst Hotel Experienceโพสต์เมื่อ 17 ธ.ค. 2017 บน Expedia
ข้อดี: Nothing but the location - a stone throw from the station.
ข้อเสีย: A few million pound.
สถานที่ตั้ง: Station, restaurants, pubs and other entertainment outlets near.
A very poor standard of cleanliness in the room I stayed in. The shower curtain was almost black with mould stains. I couldn't take a shower because the cubicle was so dirty. The hot water was also lukewarm. I ran the taps in the evening and in the morning for long periods but the temperature didn't increase from lukewarm. The bedroom resembled a bedsit from 1985 - there were stains on the bedding and floor carpet and painting was discoloured and cracked. The wall mounted electrical heater is plugged and appeared to be in need of maintenance. If you have nowhere to stay for the night and your only option is this place then I would still ask you to think about staying before you hand over £120 I spent. Terrible place.

Close to Victoria station. That’s about itโพสต์เมื่อ 16 ธ.ค. 2017 บน Orbitz
Not a great front desk. Not helpful . Asked for a credit card preauthorisation for the room cost despite payment in full online and providing email evidence for it. Gave me a basement dungeon despite paying for “room with city views” citing no availability. Had to call Expedia/ orbitz to resolve issue. Poor facilities for the price. Was quiet though. Not noisy. Hot water available.
Horrible!!โพสต์เมื่อ 15 ธ.ค. 2017 บน Hotels
I am appalled that this hotel still exists and that it is possible to book it via hotels.com. It is absolutely nothing like on the website. The rooms are small, dirty and falling apart. I paid for a 12 square meter room with a view. I got a room smaller than my old dorm room which was 9 square meters. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that’s happening in the next room. The bathroom is about 2m x 1m. You can’t actually move when you are inside. It looks like they didn’t use much money when making the bathrooms. The whole place smells musky... moldy. They promise room service...it’s a bit hard to get, as there is no phone in the rooms. The rooms have small electrical radiators. Mine didn’t work so I was freezing all night. I couldn’t sleep all night shaking from the cold. I called the main office where I was told that I had to go outside in the cold (in the middle of the night) to the next hotel to pick up a blanket. I never got my radiator fixed. The kettle in my room didn’t work. It was burned inside and when I called the main office to replace it, the receptionist seemed annoyed with me. I never got a new kettle. When I came to check in I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to their “standard” room at the Topham Hotel - for over £100. I couldn’t stand being there so I booked another hotel in the morning. While I was leaving 2 days before I was supposed to, they didn’t seem bothered or ask me why I was leaving.
Relocated to a damp lower standard roomโพสต์เมื่อ 12 ธ.ค. 2017 บน Hotels
I was due to stay at the Eaton Square hotel but they had a flood and when I arrived in the late evening I was told my room was not available. They transferred me to another hotel the Elizabeth at Lancaster Gate saying it was better. I was put in a basement twin room that smelt so badly of damp that I was worried my business clothes would smell for my meetings the following day. I had ordered a double not a twin and paid extra for it at the Eaton hotel. The room was had flood lights outside in the outside basement facing the hotel so I had them shining into the curtains all night. At 11.30 I heard someone hammering outside the basement window and there was a workman actually hammering something in the basement well. I complained and this eventually stopped. On the whole after an evenings travel it was a disappointing and stressful experience to start my business trip.
