Absolutely gorgeous hotel .super friendly staff that made you feel very welcome one especially showed us round a couple of rooms is name was Alex he was amazing and very professional at his job service was great I will be staying here again loved it so relaxed ‘chilled and a boss atmosphere . Nice modern hotel, super atrium with bar. Very good spa and serves an excellent afternoon tea. Bathroom door needs springs tensioning as it slams shut, unfortunately you can hear this in the room above if you are on the first floor.

Lovely time

Second stay at the Municipal, a great hotel in Liverpool. Pretty sure I'll be back. Only minor flaw was the towel rail in the bathroom which seemed to be constantly on.

I don’t know if there’s been a better hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I booked an extra night in Liverpool specifically to stay a second night in this hotel. The staff, the bed, the afternoon tea, the overall experience was epic. I’ll come to Liverpool again just to stay in this hotel.

Possibly the best night sleep I’ve had… ever.

Amazing stay. Stunning hotel, great rooms, you can feel the history of the building as you walk around. Absolutely love that you can request fresh milk instead of using UHT. Room was overlooking main road - couldn’t hear a thing.

My Mum was gifted a spa day for two for her birthday so I decided to book a stay also. So glad I did ...loved this hotel. Upgrade on the room, fantastic and beautiful bar area and staff were fab. If I had to offer a slight area to improve...the pool was a tad cool for a spa pool. The hotel was a great location to bars and resturants. Thank you for a lovrly stay .
