The property had multiple cats outside at the entrance. The rooms were very outdated….restroom door inside the room was broken and squeaked when opening and closing it….wet floors signs were always visible from morning until night….stairs were noisy, you could easily hear neighbors.

Front desk staff was great. He was friendly and personable. The rooms were not top-notch clean but clean enough for a quick stop along a road trip. Free breakfast was subpar, but I didn’t have high expectations for it either. I wouldn’t stay here more than one night.

There was a 8" hole in the wall of my room, it smelled terrible, the carpet was sticky (my shoes stuck to the floor) my bathroom door had graffiti on it. HORRIBLE!!!!!

We got there to check in & the person working the desk couldn’t be found for 10 minutes. This was at 12:50 in the morning. She came walking in from outside at some point. The extra lock for the room door was missing. There were several broken times in the bathroom and toilet paper in the floor when we got there.

We loved the staff here! Everything was great until we pulled out the bed in the couch which was stained up and we did not have any sheets for it! Luckily we brought extra blankets and my son ended up sleeping on an air mattress we had to go buy! But staff was very friendly and breakfast was great!

I would honestly avoid this hotel at all costs if I were you. The front desk staff seemed nice enough but the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. I grossed out the entire time and worried I’d bring bed bugs or something home with me. When we walked up to our room the door was open, which was creepy enough, then we went in to find it very unclean. There was a used hair band on the floor and as soon as we opened up the (very dirty & stained) pull out couch-bed we found a pair of sweatpants inside from the last guests. To top it all off, there was white stuff running down the walls and a handprint that looked like feces. Don’t waste your money here!!

The stray cats were the perk of the stay. Room looks like it hasn’t been cared for in quite a bit. Needs some TLC. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Lots of stinky smells.

Checked in late at night, process was simple. All areas of property smelled of marijuana - some faint, others not so faint. Cats EVERYWHERE, including a first floor room with curtains open to all passers by; didn’t help that staff had paper plates full of wet and dry cat food at the entrance. Room was very dated, chips and nicks in the walls, tiles missing or unattached in bathroom (Room 206), bathroom had clear smell of marijuana but faded as moved to back of room. Hadn’t been cleaned, or cleaned well - gummies visible on floor of “closet”, multiple sticky surfaces that had to be wiped down, pencil shavings and toilet tissue in the toilet. TV didn’t work, tried all settings and swapping cables to no avail. Only positives: shower had great pressure (and was very clean), breakfast had good options and was hot and fresh. Would not stay here again, or recommend until property updated and cats deterred.

I was put in a room that was not clean at first, and we were moved next door. Later, I saw someone enter the first room. It was as if they were staying there as an unregistered guest. Then there was the arrest of the clerk's significant other for shooting someone in the next town over. The hotel was a non-smoking hotel, yet on our end of the hallway, it reeked of marijuana. Do not stay here. The room's door safety hasp had been ripped off and never replaced or repaired. I should have demanded my money back and went somewhere else.

Ok I guess
The staff was great. Friendly, courteous, helpful. The room we were in definitely needed some attention. The bathroom door was hard to close and wouldn't lock. Some of the baseboard needed to be reattached. Hot water never got hot (more than lukewarm but definitely not hot). One corner of the room had not been vacuumed in a while as evidenced by the dust by a pillow we tossed on the floor and the penny laying on the carpet. The whole room is in dire need of fresh paint (scrapes and missing chunks of paint all over). Lastly, the people in the room above us were stomping around and moving furniture or something until 3 in the morning.

Room was not well lit. Broken toilet seat. TV was not connected to cable and no remote was found in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable. Carpet in room well worn. Many small items needed to be fixed to make the room more appealing.

I called to cancel 3 weeks prior to my reservation, well within the cancellation time, I was told by the hotel front desk they could not find my reservation.I said I guess I needed to cancel it and if you guys don't have it that works out. Then the actual date comes around and my card gets charged. When I call in they tell me I can't get a refund for same day cancellations even though I tried before. So I got charged $200 for two rooms that were not used because of front desk incompetence.

The only downside was the property was in need of some TLC. It was clean, though. Staff were great. Breakfast was included , however we didn’t stay as we at other plans. Very affordable price and we had a good sleep after an 18 hour drive.
